Djitsun Mall Bedok is the mall which we thought has a Japanese name. However, the word "Djitsun" is supposed to be in Hokkien, a Chinese dialect. Written as “日顺” in Mandarin, the Chinese language, the words translate as "To be smooth, everyday" or "Prosperous Everyday". Build over the location of the Princess Theatre, a former icon of Bedok estate, the new mall has a cinema at level 4 and it's named as GV Bedok. Djitsun Mall is located behind Bedok Bus Interchange and Bedok Mall.
