At the moment sand dust coming from Sahara (!!) causes strange looking sunsets in Finland (according to NEW information 25.4 the pink sunsets are caused by ashes of the forest fires in southeast Europe, so who knows. But they are beautiful anyway!). Here an example of this evening....unfortunately I only had my phone to take a picture with😬. Have a great evening and good night!💫🌛
Yesterday’s pink sun one more time. I hope I can capture it later this week also with camera, not only by phone. It most certainly was one of the oddest sunsets I’ve seen lately😮. Happy Thursday everyone!💙
You can barely see but it was magical how the tree blossoms were falling like fragrant spring snowflakes the whole time we were out there and it just makes me so happy for this beautiful warmer weather. I’ll have more details on the blog tomorrow but I just wanted to share a peek with you today. It was one of those deep breath, birds chirping, perfect weather, calming nights. So happy. ✨ #iphonepic#spring

I'm reposting my friend Felicia's post from today! I love her picture and her words. We all need a little self care. Also, go follow @everydayadventurefam she has two cute, spunky boys and is always going on fun adventures with them. #repost@everydayadventurefam
Sunset, Laguna beach 🌿🌼🌸🌊🌅 The other night, I wasn’t feeling that great and had to sort out some thoughts and stress. I asked my husband to watch the kids for a bit and went for a drive (which I have never done, but somehow felt like something I needed at that time). I headed straight to the beach. Turns out the sound of the waves, the salty air, the dancing flowers in the wind, the serenity and the sunset, were just what I needed. Although I was feeling down, I could not help but appreciate how stunningly beautiful things were, and that was comforting and reassuring. Tears ran down my cheeks as I thought both release and relief. After watching the sun set, I felt better and went home and hugged my boys, who hadn’t even noticed I had gone since they were happily watching a movie.
Nature has always been restorative and healing for me. In nature, I am able to quiet the noise in life, reflect, and find peace. I shared this story today because 1) we all have good and bad days and struggles, despite these curated squares 2) nature is incredibly healing 3) there’s often more to the story behind a “pretty picture” #selfcare#wellness#naturelovers#thesincerestoryteller#iphonepic
