We have so many favorite spots to visit in Sicily, so we wanted to share a few recommendations if you're planning on visiting sometime soon:
1.) Riserva Naturale Dello Zingaro (we'd recommend packing a picnic to make the most of the coastline cliff views). 2.) Norman Palace. It's a 9th-century palace built in the neo-classical styling and is a breathtaking edifice in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
3.) Teatro Antico di Taormina. The Greco-Roman theater peaks into the past ancient times of Sicily.
4.) Panarea is fantastic if you enjoy scuba. Let us know what you find when you go. We don't want to ruin the surprise!
5.) Quattro Canti, or known to some as, Piazza Vigliena. Pedestrian-only streets make it a peaceful enough place to hear schoolchildren speaking in both Italian and English. Make sure you stop by the fountains day or night they'll enchant you into coming back to Sicily time-and-again.

A year ago, I wouldn’t have dared to post this for fear of my stomach looking “bloated” or “big”. My eyes immediately went to the one thing I thought was wrong with this picture 🙄
But today, I see this and remember the amazing pesto pasta we had for lunch, collecting clear green pebbles from the ocean, and lounging on the beach with my mom ⛱
I remember the purple flowers that covered every building, the endless wine, music, and warm evenings of wandering the city streets 🌷
I look at this and want to go back. No matter how my body looked at this moment, I was happy 🇮🇹
So... yeah. Totally at a loss of words! #Matera Italy was absolutely stunning. The best part was you had to hike up to get this view. You have to put in the hard work to the things you really want 💁🏼♀️ Take a risk, climb your own mountain and see what’s at the top 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
