***ARE YOU DROWNING IN 'ADULTING'?*** As a fully fledged grown up, it can be tedious, testing and tumultuous.
Remember as a child you wanted to be older? You wished your life away dreaming of being 10, 13, 18, 21?? Now that you're playing the adult game every day, have you lost your sense of fun? Your playtime?
What did you get wrapped up in as a child? What gave you great joy? Art? Riding your bike? Writing stories? Reading? Performing?
If you're stressed, anxious, frustrated or any of the other negative emotions you can feel. Why not try and rekindle your childhood passions and indulge. Find who you are again before you became a grown up. 😁
When’s the last time you did something just for YOU? Something good for your mind, body and soul... something to fill your cup?✨
If you can’t think of the last time... then girlfriend, we need to talk 💁🏼♀️
There is NOTHING wrong with taking time for yourself and investing in your happiness and in your physical & mental health. In fact it’s necessary, and you’ll find you are able to give so much MORE in every aspect of your life👯♀️
I challenge you to do something that brings you happiness. And if that something involves health and fitness, I’m only a message away 💕✨
Who eats the last slice? ....so it was down to the last slice....as a gentleman I no wan rush carry the slice...I looked at her...she looked at me ... she took it,ate it and started laughing..... E pain me Sha.. Lesson: Be a gentleman, just eat the last 2 slices😊
Ok, let’s talk about this. I hear plenty of people talk about their day to day activities, talking about work, school, family functions, bills, scheduling time to workout, etc. As they go on about their day-to-day tasks, I always hear “I have to...” and it promotes this negative connotation about the wonderful things we have going on in our lives (I say our because I still catch myself doing this). Yes, you have a job that you must go to in order to EARN more experience, but some people don’t have that opportunity for multiple reasons. Yes, you have class that you must attend to LEARN more, but some people can’t even afford to continue on with their education. Yes, you have to pay your bills to continue to receive whatever services you have, but some people can’t afford these luxuries. I can go on and on about this. What I’m trying to get at is, let’s switch our mindset. Life is wonderful! Obstacles are even better. They teach us about ourselves and mold us to become harder, wiser, more outstanding humans. Embrace it! So instead of saying “I have to...” how about we start saying “I get to...” By simply changing one word in our sentences, we can expand our minds to how fortunate and wealthy we truly are! I DARE YOU to challenge yourself and others, to reform your mindset for a better, more grateful view to life! It’s an amazing feeling when you realize what you have! I love you all, happy hump day y’all! LET’S CONQUER TODAY!!!!! 💪🏽❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 #WeGetTo#reform#begrateful#justbehappy#showlove#givelove#butdontforgettoreceivelove
