A healthy habit I have added to my routine for almost a year now, is trying to drink a minimum of 2L of water a day, if not 3.5L. The benefits of getting enough water per day are some of the following:
▪️Assist in weight loss
▪️Clearer, brighter & glowing skin
Your body will hold onto any water it has, if you’re not giving it enough. This can lead you to feel bloated and to hold what people call “water weight”. It can also cause you to confuse thirst with hunger. A lot of people think they’re abnormally hungry when really they’re just not drinking enough water🤷🏽♀️ It is also extremely important to make sure you drink even more water when you have coffee or alcohol as they dehydrate your body🙂 A good ratio to keep is approximately 2 cups of water per cup of coffee.

Day by day, you can compound workouts, your studies, or your cashflow. It’s all about consistency and dedication. A little bit everyday is all you have to do, just show the fuck up 😏
Follow the flow, the universe has a funny way of working. Once you align yourself with that flow, everything you need will come your way! But don’t sit there and try to fucking tell me it will happen without ACTION following that belief! 😂
