  • This is a huge step for me. I have NEVER and really emphasize NEVER share my weight with anyone except my mom and doctor. I don’t let anyone know my weight because I have been in the 200’s for years. I even went up into the 300’s and stayed there for about 2 years more or less. I have been stuck at this weight for almost 6 months now because I’ve just been simply maintaining and not doing what I have to do to continue losing weight! This weight here guys I want to see by the end of January of 2020 to be at 238lbs. Some may think it’s too easy some may think it’s too hard but it is MY goal and MY journey! I’m super excited to be able to see this go down and feel more energetic!#HealthyLife #WeightLoss #WeighIn #Workout #JustDoIt #LetsGetIt #Motivated #Pumped #LetsBeATeam

  • My FAVORITE form of exercise is by far ✨plyometrics✨Usually I’ll add in a few plyo movements into my regular lift but on the days i want to get my heart rate up and sweat my face off I’ll do a full plyo workout👊🏼

I love plyo because it’s just FUN. It’s also always one heck of a workout. But I’m too busy having FUN to even notice I’m having a heart attack!

Benefits of plyometrics?
1) Power! Explosive movement improves overall speed and agility🏃🏼‍♀️
2) Burn more calories faster! Who doesnt love that?🤷🏼‍♀️
3) Improves overall strength and joints ability to handle impact👊🏼 So much of general “lifting” is static, leaving out athletic power, a completely different and incredible kind of strength 
4) Feels like death but is oh so good for you heart ♥️

✖️4x8 Jumping Back Squats (from the floor to make it that much harder😉)
✖️3x12 total Single Leg Jumping Leg Press
SUPERSET: 3x8 ✖️(1) Seated Pull-ups (or real ones if you’re not weak like me)
✖️(2) Plyo Press-Ups (or pushups if you’re again not weak like me)
SUPERSET: 3x8
✖️(1) Dumbbell Snatch (they don’t let us do real ones here😢)
✖️(2) Shoulder Press
✖️ 3xaround the rig..? Overhead Carry (oof look at that butt sweat you know it’s goooood)
DEATH BY:
✖️Burpee Box Jumps (I was striving for at least 10)

  • The worst thing about being sick is not being able to train😢 i know it would make me feel all kinds of good if i did but it’s probably rude to go spreading your germies everywhere. So if nothing else enjoy this workout for me!

Here’s a full glute and hammy workout from last week that will leave you crippled 🔥
I tweaked my knee this week so everything had to be a little lighter than usual😢
✖️4x8 moderate weight deadlifts
✖️3x8 light weight front rack back lunge
✖️4x6 heavy barbell hip thrusts (holy crap my glutes actually ache after this)
✖️4x8 eccentric hamstring curl
✖️3x8 high stance wide stance leg press (forgot to film whoops)
✖️3x8 jumping Bulgarian split squat
✖️burnout: squat, curtsy complex (till failure) i actually struggled using the stairs after this my glutes were like no more!!

Guten Abend ihr Lieben💜🙋🏻, mein Türchen heute kommt quasi #lastminute vorher hat es sich bisher nicht ergeben 🤷🏻‍♀️😉 dafür ist es aber eine ganz besonders wertvolle Übung, zur Mobilisierung der Wirbelsäule unglaublich schöne #morgenroutine , tolle Übung als #cooldown , #warmup oder aber auch Übung bei Rückenbeschwerden, ich liebe sie 😍😉

  • LISIECKI BIEG MIKOŁAJÓW
Ostatni start w tym roku! Sprawił mi bardzo dużo nerwów i niepewności ale udało się wystartować 😊 przyznaje się, totalnie bez przygotowania po miesiącu przerwy od biegania, ale doświadczona o kolejny rok startów i pare kilogramów mniej stanęłam na linii startu i po prostu pobieglam przed siebie 🙈 i bawiłam się świetnie! Miło było powspominać swój pierwszy polmaraton i śmigać w miejscach, w których półtorej roku temu się wlokłam płacząc i licząc ile do końca 🤭 czas jeszcze nie jest idealny ale jestem pewna, że pojawię się na tym dystansie jeszcze nie raz, chyba mój nowy ulubiony 😅 a więc na koniec roku mam nowe PB lepsze o 21 min względem poprzedniego i  milion motywacji na następny sezon! ❤️

    Ostatni start w tym roku! Sprawił mi bardzo dużo nerwów i niepewności ale udało się wystartować 😊 przyznaje się, totalnie bez przygotowania po miesiącu przerwy od biegania, ale doświadczona o kolejny rok startów i pare kilogramów mniej stanęłam na linii startu i po prostu pobieglam przed siebie 🙈 i bawiłam się świetnie!
