This movement takes everything you can think of speed, power and endurance 💯! You tired of doing treadmill try doing 10 sets of 25 gallops see how you feel after! Its just like a cheetah when it sprints  if you look at the mechanics! Basically the same thing the difference tho is that am not going 65 mph 😂 •

  • In three days, I lost 5 lb and a ton of belly bloat. But more importantly, I gained control of my sugar cravings. I said no to things that I normally would have eaten. And I feel like I can make positive choices without missing out. Yes it was only 3 days, yes I ate food all three days, no I did not go crazy and eat munchkins on day 4. Are you in need of a mental and physical reset? Message me for more details.

  • I am posting this picture because it means a lot to me, it is a reason of pride because when I came here 2 years ago I didn’t speak absolutely anything... really!!!
I can remember the day I arrived at student’s house and we had an hour of conversation every day and that time was one of the most difficult time for me, I couldn’t understand anything and I thought to myself I was lost.
But after a week I got a job where I had to speak English all the time and I am lucky that those people were patients enough to teach the basic.
I am still making mistakes but I am sure I will get there soon.
I just posted it to say “Everybody can do it and don’t be afraid of coming here without English”. 💪🏻🤓 Thank you @swaintercambio and all my friends and family who supported me in my decision.😘

I think most people are scared of nuts because they’re high in calories and fat, but the polyunsaturated fats found in nuts are good for brain function, hormones etc., basically you need those fats (same ones found in chia seeds). ⁣

They’re also a really good replacement for more unhealthier foods like crisps etc because they’re high in energy, protein and fibre so they’re super satisfying and supply you essential nutrients 👌🏽⁣

They’re also keto and vegan friendly 🌱 so everyone can snack on em (unless you’re allergic of course ☺️)

中1日で久しぶりの北大外周。
そして久しぶりの夜練!

今日もしっかりとストレッチをば。
やはり走り出しがスムーズですよ。
すげぇて今日も思えた。

膝も何だか良くなっている気がする。
信号止まってからの走り出しが本当に辛い時が多かったのだけれども あまり痛みを感じないまでになった。

グリッドフォームローラーとストレッチと補強の成果が出つつあるのか?

ぜひ続けていって習慣化しなければなりませんね。

北大の北側に馬術部が活動する区画があるんですねー。馬はいなかったけど馬糞臭は感じたな。

少し雨が降ってきたところで無事に帰宅できましたとさ。あぶなかったぜ。

  • ✨SOLTA LO VIEJO, CAMINA LIVIANA ✨
Muy buen lunes!!! Vamos que arranca una semana a puro ritmo... 💃🏻 y que tal un poco de motivación, si estás por dar ese salto que madre mía tanto cuesta!! 🙈 Cuando decidí renunciar a mi trabajo de oficina, NO FUE NADA FÁCIL... hubo mucha incertidumbre ⁉️ y todavía hay momentos donde flaqueo, pero es cuestión de tener claro el propósito y seguir adelante. El salto no se transforma en caída cuando extiendes tus alas, cuando despliegas todo tu potencial y tu talento. En el camino 🛤 uno descubre que no está solo, hay personas dispuestas a apoyarte y a tenderte una mano 🖐🏻 cuando lo necesitas, pero también se debe aprender a dejar de lado la soberbia y a pedir ayuda. Es fundamental permitirnos renunciar a aquellas cosas que ya no son buenas para nosotros y que nos impiden crecer: hablo de lugares, de personas, de trabajos. Renunciar a ello es uno de los actos más valientes que puedas realizar, porque si bien puede ser doloroso, permite hacer espacio para que puedas experimentar y atraer nuevas cosas. Por eso mismo si estas con dudas, suelta lo viejo, siente, deja ir y camina liviana.
