#Transformationtuesday I hope this inspires others because others inspired me! I should have gotten a front view pic for this but it’s obvious enough... 50 lbs doesn’t just fall off. Sometimes it has to be cried, Sweated and bled off. Gaining weight isn’t always caused by food, and loosing it is not done only with exercise. Any life change takes discipline, trial and error and lots of research. I’m still working on being comfortable, not skinny. I’m enjoying being Strong not thin. Imma keep the booty and loose the parts that cause irritation in the summer. Welp lol. I was weak.. and they were delicious. The last one was apple pie so it was covered in powdered cinnamon sugar and there was evidence everywhere. My face, my hands, my clothes, and a trail from the break room to my desk. Glad I wasn't going for discretion. Not letting it turn into an abysmal night though, and damnit that's an accomplishment because I'd murder a stuffed crust meat lovers pizza with extra cheese right now. #keepcalmandketoon
When the husbands working late... and you don’t have to cook. You can have whatever you want for dinner. I wanted this. 😊 Chocolate chip waffles topped with @choczero chocolate syrup. It was delish. 😋 AND only 5 net carbs for this entire dish.

Blue cheese dressing. You either love it or you don’t (try it 😆). I didn’t try it until I was in my late 30’s. My goodness what I was missing all along.
I love Cousins blue cheese dressing so much. It has a kick to it. It could be because it’s made locally in Louisiana. But I also love to make my own... and try to get it as close to Cousins as possible.
Here’s the recipe I use:
•3 oz crumbled blue cheese
•1 cup mayo
•1/2 cup sour cream
•1/2 tbsp fresh garlic pressed
•1 tsp worcestershire
•1 tbsp lemon juice or white wine vinegar
•1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/8 tsp black pepper
Blend it all together.
You can add another ounce or two of blue cheese to the blended mixture to have chunky blue cheese dressing. That does change the below macros though. The macros are without the extra blue cheese.
Serving size - 2 tablespoons

I tried to post this once but it didn’t go through, oh Instagram. You’re making my thumbs hurt! 🤦🏼♀️ Any who, here is today’s chart. Today was busy- eye doctor for my littlest form 9:15-11:something on the other end of town where I clutched my morning cold brew with vanilla creamer + Mct and my sweet daughter found out she will be in glasses to help one eye catch up with the other. If you have kids in glasses a great facebook group you’d love is called For Little Eyes. Anyways then I took my daughter to chick fil a because she asked to go there. Then we went home and while she was eating I changed into a swimsuit and packed our pool bag to head over to my moms to swim. I threw a p3 pack (turkey, almonds, cheese) and a 310 shake and shaker cup into the pool bag and headed over. I ate the p3 pack when we got there around noon. We saved 3 frogs and set them free from the skimmers and hung out with my momma and then I had my @310nutrition shake around 2:30. Then we went to Walmart. Then home to relax for an hour and then I grabbed another p3 pack to take to my son for his cross country snack. Got there early at 3:45 to get him his snack not remembering I had already packed him a quest bar. So I ate the p3 pack because I didn’t want it to spoil and go to waste in the heat and I was trying to up my calories anyways. The home for homework, dinner, shower, then cake.
