An amazing dinner tonight! Tuna steak with green beans. I seriously think my husband makes the best blends of spices on seafood. He's gotten me to eat more seafood in the past almost 2 months then I have in the last 2 years. Then had a little @lilys_sweets_chocolate almond bark for my sweet. Super excited to have came across this recipe! Fried queso fresco is my new favorite thing 😍 I definitely have to work on my technique though. Cooked some too long, didn’t manage to flip some correctly so they fell apart. But THIS is my cheese stick fix now & that makes me super duper happy 😍

☝️te recuerdo la receta de esta masa que es facilísima!! 🍕mezclas 1 taza de queso parmesano/muzarella rallado con 1 taza de harina de almendra , 2 cucharadas de queso crema y pones a derretir 1 min en el microondas o en una ollita a fuego lento 🔥, revolves hasta formar una masa y le agregas 1 huevo 🥚 y una cdta polvo de hornear🙌🏻, formas el bollito y estiras sobre pizzería antiadherente ( si es silicona mejor ), yo la estiro con un film por arriba para que no se pegotee😜, la metes al horno hasta que esté doradita y arriba tomate 🍅 y lo que más te guste !!!! O cebollas salteadas y te haces una fugazzeta 😍😍🙌🏻

Perfect for a cool spring evening & Keto friendly ! If serving to kiddos who aren’t down for the heat, you can either scale back on the spices or water it down just a bit in their bowl. My 3&1/2 yr old gobbled it up☺️ 🌶No fuss Beanless Chili
1 3/4 pounds ground beef
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1 large onion finely chopped
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1.5 cups low sodium organic chicken stock
1 1/4 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 1/4 garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2-4 tablespoons garlic minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp Bacon Fat (optional)
1 package Hebrew National Hot Dogs (optional)
HEAT: large stock pot over medium-high heat with bacon fat (especially if you're using lean beef). Otherwise, you can keep your pot dry.
COMBINE: Worcestershire, Ground beef, onions and peppers. Break up larger chunks of beef into bite size pieces and cook until no longer pink. Drain fat if you'd like (but I don't ;).
ADD: Remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and simmer 25-35 minutes over medium heat. If you're in a hurry, keep heat at med-high and it should be done in about 20 mins. Just keep a very close eye on it!
TASTE: And adjust seasonings as needed. It's great on it's own, but if you want to make a chili bowl supreme, I love topping mine with sharp cheddar cheese, onions, sour cream & avocado
