1/4 cup butter
3 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract 
1/2 cup low carb chocolate chips 
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup coconut flour (or 3 cups almond flour)
1/2 cup powdered sweetener (if you only have granular just blend it until it measures out to 1/2 cup)

Instructions:
1. Let butter and cream cheese soften.
2. Preheat oven to 350F. Using an electric mixer, mix butter and sweetener. Add cream cheese, mix. Add egg, vanilla, and salt, mix. Add coconut flour and mix. Add chocolate chips and mix.
3. Place dough on parchment lined baking sheet in balls of 1 tbsp each (should make 12-15). Flatten.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown lightly. Let cool 5 minutes, enjoy!

Pão de hambúrguer 🍞 versão keto, sem farinha! Só 2g de carbo por porção! 🛒 INGREDIENTES (6 porções)
▪ 150g de farinha de amêndoas
▪ 40g de psyllium em pó (ou farinha de linhaça)
▪ 2 colheres (chá) de fermento em pó (pó royal)
▪ 225 ml de água fervendo
▪ 2 ovos🥚
▪ 1 colher (sopa) de gergelim
▪ 1 pitada sal do Himalaia 🧂
▪ 1 pitada de vinagre de maçã (opcional)

👩‍🍳 PREPARAÇÃO
1. Pré-aqueça o forno a 180°C 🌡.
2. Misture a farinha de amêndoas, o psyllium, o fermento e o sal em uma tigela.
3. Ferva a água 💦 e adicione-a à mistura, junto com o vinagre e as claras do ovo. Bata à mão por 30 segundos com um garfo ou um batedor.
4. Unte as mãos com azeite separe a mistura em 6 porções. Coloque os pães em uma assadeira coberta com papel manteiga.
5. Asse por 50 a 60 minutos, dependendo do tamanho do pão. Você pode verificar se estão prontos quando ficar bem dourado por fora.
6. Aproveite! 😋

Lee la guía de bebidas que si son keto y date permiso. Acuérdate que los grandes resultados se consiguen poco a poco y si ya llevas algo de peso perdido y salud ganada aunque sea navidad puedes elegir del menú que si comer!  Provecho y salud 🍷

Sabia que até eu fui pego pelo terrorismo nutricional ? hahaha...Por tempos até eu fiquei nessa onda de low carb e comia apenas vegetais, aveia e batata-doce as vezes. Foi um dos meus piores momentos, comida sem graça e ainda sem resultados.

  • Today is the last day of my 5 day detox and that means the last day of lemon chia pudding. Well, maybe not. I love this pudding because It is loaded with soluble fiber which keeps motility in the GI tract nice and strong. That means that your body can more regularly and thoroughly clear toxins through the intestines. This is why it's critical that when you detox the liver you also support the GI tract. The liver removes toxins back into the GI tract and through the urine for excretion. If your liver is functioning but your GI tract is not functioning well, toxins can be reabsorbed and your body is slowly becoming more toxic over time. It is a vicious cycle.
