Have had a few people message me in the last few days regarding my weightloss and what I'm doing. To put it as simply as I can, go to keto for beginners Australia on Facebook. They're a great group that'll help you get acquainted with this way of eating and how to set your macros for weight loss. It's a bit tricky to relearn what to eat at the start but once you do, you'll be flying.
I'll try post some pics of what I eat so you can get an idea of a realistic day to day meal. So many pages show all these bullshit time consuming recipes but I work full time and don't have time for that shit. Most of the stuff I cook takes 15 mins at best

Not sure how I missed this (I don't self-exam much apparently) but this is what a pulled/slightly torn hamstring looks like. More than likely something I did testing for my #kravmaga certification last week. Time to chill and let this heal. Focusing on upper body and red light therapy for now.

8th MONTH KETOVERSARY!!!
I ended my 7th month with a 3-day fast and it was by far the most challenging thing I’ve done (that I did NOT give into 🤦🏽♀️) since embarking on this journey! I am super proud of my progress and today I weigh in at ‼️ 241 LBS ‼️ that brings my total weight loss to 85LBS!! Y’all. Like I’m getting emotional writing this post. Because really all I’m doing is changing my eating. Substituting the unhealthy for healthier options. Like cauliflower, veggies or eggs instead of rice. Spicy pork rinds instead of Hot Cheetos Puffs (even though sometimes I allow myself to “indulge” in them from time to time 🤷🏽♀️😜). Or even Stevia Sweetener for regular sugar. Do your research. This journey may not be for everyone but I say, do what works for you! Whether it’s Keto, Herbalife or becoming Vegan, DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU! Find your motivation, your inspiration, create a goal, do your research (there’s always something new to learn) and GO! I believe when your mind is ready your body will soon follow! 💯💪🏽
So my ultimate goal is to lose 100lbs before or by my 1 Year Ketoversary and I have 4 months (or less) to lose 15lbs. Im really going to do my best because with my birthday and our big move coming up I know I’ll want to eat ALL OF HAWAII’S best grinds before we leave to Alaska. Keep me in y’all prayers! 1. Coloque todos los ingredientes secos en una bolsa ziplock Mezcle bien. Añadir los ingredientes húmedos mezclar bien. Agregue los extras al final (opcional). 2. Una vez que todo se une, vacíe en una bandeja para hornear con papel para ese fin. Forme la masa en un rectángulo. Enfríe en la nevera mientras precalienta el horno a 170°C / 340 ° F.
3. Hornear por 20 min y dejar enfriar por lo menos 30 min.. Mucho cortar con cortes firmes aproximadamente 1.5 cm de grosor y volver a hornea por 15 min 150°C/300 °F hasta que doren.
