Based on the products we used, the cost of these ingredients will be roughly $6.69 and make 24 micro tacos. 
Per taco (including guacamole, sour cream and nacho cheese):
Fat - 6.5g
Total carbs - 0.8g
Net carbs - 0.5g
Protein - 6g

Ingredients:
2 cups Shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 lb ground beef
Chopped onion and season (optional, to taste - I used garlic powder, onion powder, Lawrys seasoning salt and red pepper flakes)
4 slices American Cheese 
1½ tbsp salsa 
1 tbsp bacon grease (or butter)
. 
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill bottom of whoopie pie pan cavities with shredded cheese until you can't see the bottom. Meanwhile brown ground beef, add onions and seasoning. Once preheated, bake for 4 minutes (the cheese will still be soft and bubbly, but will harden enough to fold them, as they sit). Add one spoonful of meat onto half of each melted cheese. Using something that will not damage the pan such as a small spatula gently fold the non-covered side over the hamburger side. Place tray back in the oven for another 15 minutes to re-melt and solidify their shape. Remove from oven and place on paper towel to soak up extra grease. For the nacho cheese, tear up 4 slices of American Cheese, add 1½ tbsp of the lowest carb salsa you can find and 1 tbsp bacon grease (or butter). Microwave until melted, stir. Open and fill the tacos.

吃義大利麵的下場

等我恢復正常呼吸酮
(Keyto 6 - in full ketosis左右)
時再來報告花了多久
今天一樣爆碳

CHICKEN, CUCUMBER, TOMATO & AVOCADO SALAD 🥑
.
12-14 oz. boneless skinless chicken tenders (or chicken breast sliced ½ inch thick)
1-1 ½ tablespoon olive oil to grease the pan
For Marinade/Dressing:
2 ½ tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons water
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (2 small lemons)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/8-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For salad:
1 large avocado-diced
1 cucumber -diced
about 1 ½-2 cups cherry tomatoes-halved
1 small-medium red onion- sliced
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese- to sprinkle on top if desired
First, in a medium bowl combine all ingredients for marinade/dressing and stir well.
Reserve half of the mixture for later use as salad dressing (cover and store in the fridge).
Now, place chicken tenders in remaining mixture and flip the chicken to coat well, then, cover the bowl and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
Grease grilling pan with olive oil, heat over medium high heat and grill the chicken a few minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked completely. Cool for a few minutes, then chop the chicken in bite size pieces.
In a large bowl combine diced avocado, cucumber, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onion and chopped chicken, pour reserved dressing over the salad ingredients, stir well and serve. 📷 @fithealthyrecipes

  • i have found it easier getting keto with making treats like this. it avoids the crazy fuzziness i get before eating non keto food. never usually have so much unhealthy food (every chocolate under the sun) but my kids got extra spoilt this easter from family and friends so temptations arent being too kind🤣😑 i dont measure i add to taste. thickened cream and avalanche hot choc. this literally reminds me of milo yoghurt but creamy not silky. My daughters LOVE this! honestly doesnt taste like 'diet' food.

  • I haven’t been recording much of my meals of late. Life is just shove something in at a chance and get ya boobs out for yet another feed. My little man was weighed today. He is able to lose up to 360g since birth (10% of his birth weight). I was sure he wouldn’t lose much, if at all with the amount he has been eating... I was right! Only 60g lost. He is feeding like a champ! Here is my dinner for tonight. A plain lettuce salad with left over sweet potato and tuna cakes from my last post and some fried halloumi. The dressing was a homemade mayo/acv vinegarette. Simple yet satiating and delicious. I certainly had the most carbs in a while today. After feeding ALL NIGHT LONG... I made some vegemite toast this morning before trying for a little sleep. I have been having fried eggs and halloumi but I needed quick this morning. My family cane over for lunch so I had some champagne and a couple slices of a tart my mum made. I need to do a food prep to be a bit more prepared #keto #ketoaustralia #ketobreastfeeding
  • I haven’t been recording much of my meals of late. Life is just shove something in at a chance and get ya boobs out for yet another feed. My little man was weighed today. He is able to lose up to 360g since birth (10% of his birth weight). I was sure he wouldn’t lose much, if at all with the amount he has been eating... I was right! Only 60g lost. He is feeding like a champ! Here is my dinner for tonight. A plain lettuce salad with left over sweet potato and tuna cakes from my last post and some fried halloumi. The dressing was a homemade mayo/acv vinegarette. Simple yet satiating and delicious. I certainly had the most carbs in a while today. After feeding ALL NIGHT LONG... I made some vegemite toast this morning before trying for a little sleep. I have been having fried eggs and halloumi but I needed quick this morning. My family cane over for lunch so I had some champagne and a couple slices of a tart my mum made. I need to do a food prep to be a bit more prepared #keto #ketoaustralia #ketobreastfeeding
