Breakfast: Bacon, sausage, two hard boiled eggs topped with Everything but the bagel seasoning, avocado and berries. Easy and delicious!
I use the Great Value brand of sausage patties from Walmart. They are in a blue and white bag located in the freezer section.

1/2 lb (220g) ground turkey meat
1/2 lb (220g) ground pork meat (optional, see recipe notes)
1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice (mozzarella, cheddar, provolone…)
4 cloves garlic, grated + 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red crushed chili pepper flakes, optional
1 crumbled bouillon cube, optional
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
1 cup fresh chopped cilantro (or parsley), divided
3 tablespoons butter
4 medium zucchini, spiralized
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon hot sauce of your choice (we used Sriracha)
1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and ground pork, cheese, grated garlic, Italian seasoning, bouillon cube, red chili pepper flakes, chopped cilantro and black pepper. Mix well with your hands or fork and form medium balls. Arrange on a plate and set aside.
2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Cook the meatballs for 8 – 10 minutes on all sides, until browned and cooked through. While cooking, baste the meatballs with the mix of butter and juices. Remove to a clean plate and set aside.

Broccoli Cauliflower & Sausage Bake by @ketotommy
Made a slight change to this staple recipe. This also can be prepared and in the oven in less than 5 mins.
1. Put half of a jar of @bertolli_us Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
2. Place a layer of @fullgreen.official cauliflower rice.
3. Steam broccoli and cauliflower and then add to the bottom of the baking dish.
4. Add sausage cut into small pieces.
5. Add remaining jar of Alfredo sauce to cover.
6. Bake @ 400 covered for 20 mins.
7. Uncover and sprinkle with a little mozzarella cheese.
8. Place back in oven until Cheese is melted.

CHEWY KETO CARMEL SQUARE
Base - 180g almond butter
- 60g melted butter
Caramel - 200g naked gold syrup - 60g butter
- double cream
- 200g 85% dark chocolate
Base - Melt butter and add to almond meal. Press into a tin. Bake at 180 °c for 10 min or untill golden around the edges
Carmel - add all ingredients into a non stick pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 20 min, scraping down sides regularly. Pour over base.

I haven’t been posting my meals because I’ve literally been eating pancake puffs and egg fast pizza on repeat and y’all already know they’re amazing.
Accidentally fasted all day so made a quick scramble for dinner. Two eggs for the day isn’t exactly on the egg fast plan but I’m still learning to listen to my body so if I’m not hungry, I’m not forcing it.

I was really down the past week or so because I’ve been ready to launch my shoe line for over a year now, I’ve worked extremely hard to make the money from other streams of income to build & invest in something that I will call my own. With no handouts and no come up’s. Just the favor of God over my life & working my Butt off. Just when I thought I was heading for victory God blocked it & said “ not yet.” Frustrated, confused I needed God to help me understand why he was blocking my victories of going to next level. I had the faith & the works but was lacking patience. He showed me part of it was because I haven’t even taken the time to truly embrace the victories of the level that I’m currently on. He showed me how I get so busy focusing on my “next” that i have forgotten my here and now. 3 years ago i lost EVERYTHING materialistic but I gained so much internally. Being human i got caught up in what was going on around me that I didn’t pay attention to what God was doing in me. He was creating something new in me, he was creating a server in me; he was creating humility in me, he was creating new strength in me; he was creating a masterpiece in me for his glory. But he had to take me low so that no matter how high I go I wouldn’t look low on others. I’m more giving, loving, & humble now than I was before the weight loss, before being financially stable, before the platform. .

🍤 Cilantro-Lime Shrimp Wraps! 😋 💕
1 lb. medium shrimp (wild), peeled and deveined
2 tsp. ground cumin
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
Freshly ground black pepper
Romaine lettuce, for serving
1 avocado, thinly sliced
1/4 c. Sour cream, for serving
1. In a large bowl, stir together shrimp, cumin, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until combined, then let marinate in the fridge 10 minutes.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat remaining tablespoon oil. Add shrimp and marinade cook until pink, 2 minutes per side.
3. Assemble wraps: Add shrimp and avocado to lettuce, drizzle with sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.
