Some of you don’t understand that it’s not easy to rebuild yourself back up after hitting rock bottom. You tell me, I make it look easy but that’s only because I didn’t show you all my struggles, I didn’t show you all those times I cried in my closet praying to feel better about myself. I went through every single emotion—you have to go through it you can’t skip chapters in your life. 
I didn’t like when the girl on the left looked in the mirror & felt weak—so I had to change that. 
The woman on the right, is strong, confident & most of all UNFUCKWITHABLE 💪🏽 Don’t depend or rely on others to start your journey—especially with your confidence. Don’t let anyone or anything, not even a piece of clothing take it from you. You have time, but you can’t waste it being angry at yourself or blaming others for your appearance & choices. You can’t take back time, one day when you’re much older you’re going to regret not doing what you knew would make you stronger because you held yourself back from becoming the best version of yourself.

makes 4 servings ⁠
Ingredients:⁠
1.5 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined⁠
1 Tbsp avocado oil⁠
4 boiled eggs cooked and peeled⁠
6 slices of cooked nitrate-free bacon, diced ⁠
1 cup of organic corn kernels(Corn is not Keto),
1 large avocado, diced⁠
1/2 cup crumbed cheese of choice, feta or blue cheese are both great on this⁠
6 packed cups chopped romaine lettuce⁠
⁠
Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing:⁠
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt⁠
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced⁠
1 fresh garlic clove⁠
4 fresh chives⁠
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste⁠
⁠
Instructions:⁠
In a blender or food processor, pulse all Salad Dressing ingredients until creamy. ⁠
Taste, adjust seasonings to your liking.⁠
Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.⁠
⁠
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over med-high heat; Add in shrimp and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until pink and just cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then set aside.⁠
⁠
Arrange all salad ingredients on a platter or a large salad bowl nicely as shown, and when ready to serve, drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine.⁠

Beautiful kids! I have always struggled with my weight my highest recorded weight was over 360 lbs my husband over 420 lbs!! He had already lost about 100 lbs in that first picture! He has now lost 200 lbs and i have lost 140 lbs!! I am no longer embarrassed to post these full length pics! I am learning to love all my flaws the extra skin on my legs and arms is just my reminder that I lost an extreme amount of weight! I am planning to have skin removal in October so stay tuned my #weightlossjourney is no where near over!!⁣⁣

I work full time and mom full time. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 I am the mother of two boys, and a wife to an amazing man. (Jeremy. Who has also lost 70 pounds on keto!) I’m 5’3. SW:218 CW:147 GW:125 🙌

I started my weight loss journey, back in 2009, by accident!!! I was going to culinary school and literally was so sick of food. I lost 40 lbs. at that time I was at my lowest weight as an adult at 140 pounds. I was also recently diagnosed with PCOS. This makes me gain weight by even looking at carbs the wrong way. 😩

It wasn’t until 2 years later that I truly found my love for food again, and boy did I find the consequence that came with all of the badness I ate!! I tried every diet, program, shake out there! Nothing would get me passed 10 lbs lost! I remember even scoffing at Keto at one point because you shouldn’t eat bananas. 🍌 😂 .
.
To this day, I still fall off the wagon, and I am OK with it!!! 👌 I’m now able to get back on since adapting to Keto. Falling off the wagon in the lifestyle is supported by an incredible community of people and I wouldn’t be successful without the #ketofam. .

My biggest reward I’ve had so far (aside from dropping the weight) is I was able to drop my medication for PCOS. 🙌🙌🙌

  • I made keto enchiladas last night with chicken and cheese, homemade enchilada sauce from Chile California’s and Crepini egg thins for the tortillas. It was so satisfying we ate the entire pan 🙊😳 my non keto husband loves enchiladas and he approved! I’m pretty proud of these 😁
