Ingredients:
2 slices of salmon fillet
2 tablespoons vegetable broth or chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce (we used Sriracha)
4 teaspoons minced garlic (4 cloves)
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
3-4 tablespoons butter, diced into small cubes (or ghee)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or cilantro
1 lb (450g) medium-thick asparagus, woody ends trimmed

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Cut 2 sheets of 14 by 12-inch (35 x 30 cm) heavy duty aluminum foil then lay each piece separately on the countertop. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the sauce: broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce.
2. Divide salmon fillets onto the aluminum foil near the center then place trimmed asparagus to one side of the salmon, following the long direction of the foil.
3. Sprinkle over garlic and then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
4. Divide butter pieces evenly among the foil packets, layering them over the salmon and asparagus.
5. Wrap packets in and crimp edges together then wrap ends up. Don’t wrap too tight – keep a little extra space inside for heat to circulate. 
6. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven, sealed side upward until salmon has cooked through, about 9 – 12 minute. 
7. Carefully unwrap the baked salmon foil packets then drizzle with more lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro and a slice of lemon. Enjoy!

  • Special Holidays are always a day that we reflect a lot about sooo many things...

My personal reflections most holidays are family, friends and goals...
.
These are the days that most of us gather with our loved ones...all come together for a family feast and festivities...
.
I know that whenever I have one of these it takes me FOREVER to get ready...
.
Pissed off at myself that I have nothing to wear, I look “fat” in everything I own...My face is fat, my hair sucks, I’m exhausted, I don’t wanna people today...The list really is endless...
.
Today I was up early, enjoying and engaging with my kids, creating memories and laughing together...
.
We were dressed and ready to head out to visit family in record time and I was excited to go, quite eager actually...
.
I didn’t have to spend hours getting ready, grabbed a pair of jeans and a top and that was it...no changing 500 times and a room full of mess to clean later...lol
.
I am sooo beyond proud of myself for how far I have come since these Magical Ketone Packages came into my life..

3 hard-boiled egg, diced⁣
2 avocado, diced⁣
2 cups cherry tomato, halved⁣
3 tablespoons caesar dressing⁣
⁣

Under 30 min⁣
1. Salt and pepper the steak on both sides, being sure to rub in the seasoning.⁣
2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat until slightly smoking.⁣
3. Sear the steak for about 2 minutes per side.⁣
4. Rest the steak on a cutting board for 10 minutes.⁣
5. Slice the steak.⁣
6. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, eggs, avocados, cherry tomatoes, steak, and dressing.⁣
7. Toss the salad until evenly coated and serve.⁣
8. Enjoy!⁣
