  • Happy Easter long weekend everyone! We enjoyed eating fish today. Baked fish for lunch then a mild fish laksa with low calorie noodles for dinner. My plan is to try not to sneak any of the kids chocolate eggs on Sunday as I've only got 2 more days till I reach the end of week 12 🐰🥚 #fast800

INTERMITTENT FASTING IST NICHT GLEICH INTERMITTENT FASTING!
…genauer gesagt ist der zuvor besprochene 16/8-Rhythmus lediglich eine Variante – wenn auch aufgrund der leichten Umsetzbarkeit quasi die „Gallionsfigur“ – von vielen des intermittierenden Fastens. Hier habe ich euch die populärsten IF-Konzepte auf einem Blick zusammengefasst: * One Meal A Day (OMAD): Wie der Name es bereits vermuten lässt, wird die Nahrungsaufnahme bei OMAD-Diät auf eine Mahlzeit pro Tag beschränkt. Oder genauer gesagt: Das Essens-Zeitfenster beträgt eine Stunde am Tag. Während dieser Stunde kann natürlich öfters (am geschicktesten vielleicht gleich durchgehend) gespeist werden. Im Falle von One Meal A Day spricht man daher – um im IF-Jargon zu bleiben – vom 23:1-Rhythmus.
* Eat-Stop-Eat-Methode: Bei dieser Fasten-Methode wird nur zwei Mal pro Woche auf eine Nahrungszufuhr verzichtet – dafür aber gleich für 24 Stunden am Stück! Wenn bei dir die Wörterkombination „tägliches“ und „Fasten“ Unbehagen auslösen sollte, könnte die Eat-Stop-Eat-Methode genau das Richtige für dich sein!
* Die 5 zu 2 Diät: Bei diesem Diät-Konzept handelt es sich um die Schmalspurvariante des Fastens – „Intermittent Fasting light“ sozusagen. Und so funktionierts: An fünf Tagen der Woche wird normal gegessen.
* Die Warrior-Diät liegt vom IF-Anspruchsniveau her irgendwo zwischen 16/8-Rhythmus und OMAD. Bedeutet konkret: Es wird 20 Stunden am Tag gefastet, die restlichen vier Stunden sind dem Konsum gewidmet. Und was jetzt kommt, könnt ich mir eigentlich genauso gut sparen, da ihr das System sicher längst durchschaut habt: Die Warrior-Diät wird auch noch als 20/4-Rhythmus deklariert.

  • 180kg tyre flips while we talk crap, laugh, make dry jokes and then laugh more. As much as it has been super hard these last few months my brother has been there for me in so many ways. When we needed to get to hospital asap no matter the time day or night he was the one driving us there and picking us up and bringing us home. The bond we have is exactly the reason I push him so hard health wise because I know he is capable of so much. Right now both of us are on a mission to get our bodies looking not too shabby for his 21st birthday 😂. Excuse me while I'm just in my feels this whole entire bloody weekend ffs 🙃😂

We completely understand that seeing your weight fluctuate can mess with your mind. 😮 Some days it drops, some days it doesn’t budge, and on other it shoots up a few pounds.⁣ 😳😱

It can be so frustrating on the keto diet!! Especially when you know FOR SURE that you are doing all the right things! (Tracking macros, eating right and more!) ☀️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Unfortunately, our bodies don’t work that way. We don’t live in a vacuum, therefore we can’t control what our weight does. There are so many variables that factor in to if we gain 👆or lose 👇. What we ate the previous day, our stress levels, hydration, sleep, hormones, digestion, etc. ALL will impact the number you see.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While the scale can be ONE way to measure progress, it’s certainly not the most reliable tool. 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No need to smash your scale with a hammer 🔨 or throw it in the trash 🗑 . Instead, focus on a downward trend over time 📉 instead of worrying about what the numbers are doing on a day to day basis.⁣ 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Also, use these other markers to gauge what is really going on. Are your clothes fitting better? Circumference measurements decreasing? Do you or other people notice a difference in your appearance? Do you feel more energetic? Are you gaining strength and having better workouts? And perhaps more important, is your mindset shifting? Are you more consistent and do you have an easier time getting back on track when you slip up? Are you speaking more kindly to yourself?⁣
⁣
These are all solid indicators that you are on the right track.⁣ Keep going and don’t give up, no matter what the scale says.

2️⃣- you need to challenge your body in yours workout what you are use to do will not change your body , up weight , change yours tempo , change your rest time ... 🔸
3️⃣- add in your workout 2-3X in week hip thrust , deadlift , squat , lunge 🔸
4️⃣-take rest 🔸
5️⃣-make sur to get your amino acid for help your recuparation & help muscle grow .

  • I’ve had people call me asking if I had fallen off the wagon again lol. Or if I’ve gone back to my old ways. Sometimes the social media is a bit much so I hide but I’ll NEVER go back lol just know that! I’ve had it this time so this is me now. Still grinding and putting in my best. Currently sitting at 107kg even though I wish it was 105 already! But still pushing

Someone came into my DM’s and said “I think you’re being too obsessive with your journey and that’s a no no” (I hadn’t asked them PIM! Not a word) but because I’ve put myself out here the things people tell me eh! Lmao. Obsession? Listen you have to have a certain level of obsession to achieve anything in this world. I feel like that trait could be a cancer to you ONLY if you’re a bitter, jealous and greedy human being! If you generally are happy in life and love everything God is doing for you and just want to see everyone win then yes I’ll say be obsessed with your goals and nothing will stop you! Nothing!

My body is so soft and squishy now😕 but apparently the fat needs to break down into smaller molecules under my skin in order to allow blood flow and an efficient burn🤷🏿‍♂️ so I’m here for this! I’ll take a soft body over a hard boflot anyday🤣. The battle hasn’t ended and will never end! I’m here to fight till the last Ab says helloooo to me lol.
