  • How can I exercise regularly when I work whole day?

So many of my fellow friends had raised this question how do you manage workout with your 9hours job...are you that free! .
So let me tell one thing nobody is having any free time in their lives, but if you have some priorities you got to make time for it!

When I dug deeper, to uncover the problem behind the above question I got up 3 points :
👉They’re too busy, either because they work more than 60 hours a week and also have kids.
👉They plan to make healthy decisions, but when the time comes, they’re tired and they just don’t have the willpower to cook, work out, or resist the temptation of junk food.
👉In social situations, they feel peer pressure to eat like everyone else.

In this article, I'll tell you how to stay in shape with few simple daily steps :-
1.Make sleep as your number 1 priority at least 7-9 hours.
2.Try to take stairs at office, i sometimes walk till 7th floor at mine..first few days you will feel fatigue but gradually you will get on it.
3. Have pre-bed Routine.Figure out what activities relax you, like Fiction reading and yoga/stretching tend to work well for most people. Start your pre-bed routine an hour before your scheduled bedtime(no working during last hour).
4. Alternate sitting and standing throughout the day, and do have loads of water about 4 litres.
5. Try to meditate once a day, for just 2-5mins with deep breathing.
6. Follow a simple diet with clear rules like fill up your plate with veggies and lesser carbs, more protein, pre-cooked food once or twice.Eat up same meals over and over. Try to avoid liquor or any kind of sugar in your tea/coffee(instead try stevia). Occasionally in a weekend/during social gatherings is all okay.

I feel that much points should be enough first start with that things will fall on place smoothly..and you will find a change not only in your body but soul too... And if you can make time to do gym/yoga/other physical activities for at least 30mins a day then to Bale Bale!! 💪💪💁‍♀️💁‍♀️
