Receita: 
400gr de bacalhau desfiado 
1 couve flor
2 cenouras raladas
100gr espinafres frescos
1 cebola grande
2 dentes de alho 
200ml de leite de côco 
Azeite qb
Noz moscada qb
Pimenta qb
Queijo parmesão qb 
Pão ralado (da receita acima ☝️) ou o resto de outro qualquer que se esteja a estragar. .

Preparação: 
Coza o bacalhau e desfie.
Coza a couve flor em ramos E reserve. Corte as cebolas em rodelas e pique os alhos junte um fio de azeite leve ao lume até alourar. Adicione o bacalhau e refogue cerca de 5 minutos. Triture a couve flor até ficar um puré, junte um fio de azeite e noz moscada. Junte o puré ao refogado. Adicione a cenoura ralada crua e os espinafres e envolva tudo. Deixe cerca de 5 minutos a cozinhar. Adicione o leite de côco, e rectifique os temperos... veja se precisa de sal, adicione pimenta, mais um pouco de noz moscada e retire do lume para uma travessa de ir ao forno. Triture cerca de 50gr de pão com 20gr de queijo parmesão com um fio de azeite e disponha por cima do bacalhau. Leve ao forno cerca de 30 minutos ou até alourar completamente.

But that of course is not the whole story. As I knew that my low self esteem is holding me back I actively started working on that years ago, even before the picture on the left. Time has to pass in between sowing to harvesting. .

This year I want to go back to school. I want to talk to young girls, struggling with their identity, their ambition, their self esteem - and support and encourage them as an older sister.

  • Because of my cold I hadn't been to the garden for a week so when I went there this weekend I was surprised to see green asparagus ready for harvest. I gad to hurry to pick the purple cauliflower before it exploded as it was already getting stalky. There is still plenty of leek as well so this meal is mostly homegrown. Loving it. 🌱

  • Hoy os traigo la receta de la tarta de queso sin lactosa de ayer... Sabor espectacular! Muy muy recomendada. Un dulce sin azúcar, sin harinas refinadas y riquísimo. Ideal para esos días que necesitamos un capricho dulce. Que no tenga azúcar no significa que no sea calorica... Recordad que las proporciones son importantes, pero lo importante es que los ingredientes sean de buena calidad. Una alternativa mucho mejor que cualquier producto industrial. En mi caso todos los lacteos son sin lactosa, pero podéis usar los que prefiráis.

Necesitamos:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
🔹1 yogur natural
🔹200 gramos de queso crema
🔹180 gramos de queso fresco tipo Burgos.
🔹200 ml de nata para cocinar
🔹30 gramos de queso de rulo de cabra
🔹70 gramos de harina integral de espelta
🔹1 cucharadita de levadura química
🔹4 huevos
🔹1 cucharada de edulcorante líquido.
🔹Fresas y arándanos para acompañar y decorar.

Vamos al lío de montepio:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mezclamos bien todo los lacteos con la batidora. Cuando tengamos una mezcla homogénea añadimos los huevos y el edulcorante y volvemos a mezclar todo muy bien.
Por último añadimos la harina junto a la levadura (bien tamizado para evitar grumos) y mezclamos por última vez. Ponemos un pelin de aceite en nuestro molde para engrasar y vertemos la masa.
Horneamos a 180° con horno precalentado durante unos 45 minutos, hasta que veamos que está tostadita y bien cocinada en el centro. Vais a ver que se leva una barbaridad, no os asustéis, luego baja y se queda aplastadita.
Cuando esté fría desmoldamos y decoramos con las frutas frescas.

Some of you already know that I have excluded 🥛 milk, sugar-containing products 🍫 flour products 🥐 gluten 🍞 fried food 🍳.

I started with the challenge and now I don't want to come back.
I honestly do not consider it as a loss or restriction. Conversely, these changes brought me the freedom!

Over time, you begin to feel natural taste again, the brightness of colors, archetypal smell. It's so mind-blowing. I can not get enough color of mandarins. I want to feel the taste and richness of lettuce and spinach leaves 🥗. Honestly, spinach feels much more tastier, sweeter and more authentic than any other product for me right now. Shocked? Try it! Presently chocolate seems to be unbearably sugary, saccharine and chemical 👎

You're unable to get any knowledge through comparison. Not everything is relative. It's so easy to get used to the products to form a certain habit to a certain product. Especially when everyone around eas these foods. Sugar, coffee, sunflower oil and so many things force us to be addicted. But it is also so easy and so real to freedom yourself. To be unlike everyone else is not bad or strange. Just think why people do it? Is it because is it normal?

Moreover now I definitely know that my body does not need these products at all. This world is created by people that are not smarter than you or me.

This thought turned my life over.  My body really does not need these products, it does not need food in such a huge amount.  Now I have the freedom not to overburden my body with chemicals, surpluses and things that it is not able to digest.

This is a release. The path to the present. The path to my natural holistic state. And these changes do not require willpower or a calendar with red marks. You need only finally hear your inner body voice 🌀
