What’re your current obsessions?!
I feel like I’m finally “detoxed” from all my traveling.
My workouts are back on track, my diet has normalized (aka a LOT less dairy and processed carbs), and my sleep schedule is more routine. I’m SO thankful for all the traveling opportunities I get, but nothing beats a balanced wellness routine.
That being said, I’m ALREADY getting the travel bug. I CANNOT BE STOPPED. And I want to plan some trips for this summer! Any recommendations?!
🤕 I may be feeling rough but I had to work through the pain. Didn’t go as long as I would like but hey, anything is something. Between period, ear, and stomach pain the gym was the last place I wanted to be but I showed up and kicked ass to the best of my ability today 🚴🏻♀️

This past year I have dedicated time to exercise and have seen myself change as a person; I’m more confident, & more energetic. My business has grown because of it. There were days that were hard, challenges I faced, I experienced heartache and pain. But it was in those times that I was my strongest at the gym. YOU have to want change to change. You have to be relentless. You have to suck up those hard days and force yourself to stay on course. When you do your life, business, friendships and body (hehe ☺️) will change.
I encourage you to start TODAY!
It is NEVER too late to go after your dreams. The best thing I have done for myself is take care of MYSELF.
