Many Years ago my sister and I worked together at Buckle in Southern California. I was the store manager at 23 and my sister was my Assistant Manager! Hahahahaha! Imagine that!!😂😂😂💓💓💓 Well the mall rarely closes but Easter was one of them days! With both of us working together it was rare if we had days off together. Easter makes me think of the things I’m grateful for and how cool that experience was!!💓💓💓💓
It’s more than just accepting an apology. When you forgive someone you don’t take away their accountability. When you forgive someone you are compassionate knowing that we are all deserving of compassion.
Forgiveness is something I work on and practice. It’s sometimes really hard and sometimes you have to continue working thru it.
I believe in symbolism, I believe it’s so powerful in our lives. Symbolism helps us cement a contract with ourselves and a higher power. These coming weeks I’d love to talk more about symbolism in my life and how I have and continue to use this to propel me forward. 💓💓💓💓💓 One of the ways I use it is with forgiveness.
My passion is giving back to my community. 4 years ago I was in a low place in my life and made a commitment to start volunteering. I was wanting to give back and make an impact. I do it on my free time and also when work gives me the opportunity!
Today I went to an Elementary school to motivate the kids on their upcoming exams!! 💓💓💓 It was so great and so much fun to see the smiles on those kiddos!

Literally this Apartment has been PERFECTION! I sometimes feel like I’m the Old Woman who lived in a shoe because sometimes I wish I had more space for my things! LOL!

I grow up going to Church every Sunday no matter what, my mother made sure of that. 😂 When I got older my Sundays changed. I formed my own beliefs but yet I am so grateful for those Sundays.
Because of those Sundays I formed a foundation for my new Sundays.
I use Sundays as a day to refocus on my path in life.
I use Sundays to reflect on my past week, the Highs and Lows.
I use Sundays as a day to be in nature and spend time with my lil family.
I use Sundays to catch up with friends I haven’t seen in a while.
I use Sundays to read & listen to uplifting words.
I use Sundays for Gratitude.

Hey Amigos, trust me when I say I know how challenging it can be to stay active. Being a Mom and I'm sure most of you can relate I am constantly on the go and I feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do. So if this sounds like you don't worry you got this, make some time for yourself and make it to the gym or go on that hike that you planned on or take the dog and your kids for a walk or just workout in your living room but make time for your health for you we'll being and for your overall happiness. No, that’s not the secret of course. You know I used to be such a planner of things, I lived this stressed out life where I needed to do everything for everyone.
A life where if I didn’t plan, things would literally get forgotten or not done.
A life where the stress of planning and thinking of everything was literally driving me crazy!
A life that today I look at and have no idea how I let myself stay in that life for so long.
I can go on and on. But Today I have yet to book my hotel or excursions in Asia, so I probably should get on that.
BUT DAMN IT FEELS SOO GOOD to stand in this LIFE!
Hola amigos, today I wanted to share two stretches that have helped me when feeling back pain. Both the triangle and cat to cow pose are great ways to stretch your lower back. if you are not stretching after your workout or at all please make some time to fit it into your schedule. Stretching is extremely important it keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. When we don't stretch we put our our selves at risk of injury.
