Det har varit strålande väder här idag men oj vilken blåst 😅 Behövde något varmt så kvällens #middag blev det här☝🏻, klart på 10 min och riktigt gott 😍 Hett men inte jäklarrr-hett 😊 Justera chilin så det passar er 🔥 Jag hade smaksatt créme fraîche hemma (ibland får man ta genvägar 😇), men har ni naturell så ta det & smaksätt själva med chili. 200 gram, halloumi 
1 burk, dvs 2 dl, créme fraîche Paprika&Chili, @icasverige
0,5-1 dl naturell créme fraîche 
Bladspenat, färsk eller fryst 
0,5-1 msk sweet chili 
Salt, gärna flingsalt
Svartpeppar
Valfri pasta

Skär halloumi i mindre skivor/bitar, stek gyllene i smör. Värm upp créme fraîche & bladspenat i en kastrull/stekpanna. Smaka av med sweet chili, salt & peppar. Blir det för hett så ha i mer naturell créme fraîche.
Vänd ner halloumi eller toppa pastan med den vid servering. Servera med valfri pasta, antingen vid sidan om eller direkt i såsen 😍🤗

LEMON GARLIC BUTTER BAKED SALMON WITH CRISPY POTATOES & ASPARAGUS: this recipe is great for Sunday or Monday meal prep, as it comes together fast and calls for ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. 1) POTATOES: Preheat oven to 400 F. Toss 1 pound quartered yukon gold potatoes in 1 tablespoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper 2) arrange potatoes on a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven •• SALMON & ASPARAGUS: while the potatoes are roasting, combine 3 tablespoons @fourthandheart garlic ghee (or butter) + 2 cloves minced garlic + a splash of lemon juice in a small bowl; microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted. Season salmon and asparagus with sea salt + black pepper. Once the potatoes are removed from the oven, push them to one side of the baking sheet (they’re not finished cooking yet), and arrange salmon and asparagus as seen in the photo. Drizzle with lemon garlic butter sauce. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Remove from oven and turn it to broil. Broil for 5 minutes or until salmon, potatoes, and asparagus are crispy. Enjoy! ❤️

  • I have to push out a WHOLE powerpoint tonight...so midday coffee it is! Safe to say I’ll drink another cup tonight, but it will be black 😋

I’ve seen a lot of people add protein shakes to their iced coffee, so I decided to grab some from Atkins! They taste the least like protein shakes to me lol. I like their chocolate ones..but I don’t really like mocha flavored coffee so I opted for the vanilla. Let’s see how this goes. .

  • Of the most common things we were told before we embarked on this journey was how “bland and boring” the ketogenic diet is. 
If you’re deciding about taking that step or already have, you’ve probably heard that amongst other things.

Anyway, here was breakfast for me. Now I know it’s not as exciting as oatmeal or cornflakes but this was amazing nonetheless.

Fried up about five pieces of bacon and then cut up and tossed in NY Strip Steak. 
This will undoubtedly leave you fueled and full for most of the day plus leave you with leftovers for later on.

  • Brunch at home! 🤤 I made two @birchbenders keto waffles 🧇 topped with @kerrygoldusa butter 🧈 and almond butter! I also reheated some egg muffins from my meal prep 🍳. I also made some new keto “fried” organic chicken tenders 🐔 in the airfryer 🔥 I just “breaded” it in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder with salt and seasoning! 🤙🏻

  • Idag gjorde jag en köttsoppa med en stor oxbringa. Första gången och det gick helt ok. 
Vi har köpt storpack gräsbetad kött från bonde och då får man alla bitar. Aldrig lagat mat mef oxbringa så det var intressant. 
Just bringan smakar extra mycket kött tyckte jag. Stark köttsmak så att säga. 
God och värmande blev iallafall maten 👍

1,1 kg oxbringa 
Smör
4 lagerblad 
4 vitlöksklyftor
1 gul lök  1/2 stor purjolök.
Selleri ca 400 g
Haricots verts cs 400 g
Salt och peppar 
3 msk Köttfond 
Stek köttet lite snabbt i stekpanna. 
Koka upp vatten och in med hela köttbiten (dela i några stora delar o den är för stor).
Koka upp och sen puttra under lock i ca 3-4 timmar. 
Håll koll så det finns tillräckligt med vatten. Köttet ska vara täckt med vatten. 
In med alla grönsaker beroende på hur mycket tuggmotstånd du vill ha på grönsaker.
Lagom kokade: ha i ca 30 innan.
Vill du ha riktigt mjuka och nästan ett med soppan grönsaker ha i ca 1 timme innan.
