  • How to get a narrow waistline ?? While the size and width of one's waistline depends largely on genetic factors, intelligent training can help create an illusion of a tiny waistline.... By growing the shoulders, chest and back muscles, one can increase the width of the upper body. Then by increasing the size of the glutes and thigh muscles, in conjunction with a wide upper body will create this illusion. Everyone has abs and training them 3-4 times a week is essential for posture, balance, structure, stability and improved lifting. When coupled with cardio or HIIT training, this will burn off excess body fat to reveal those Abs. 😊☺😆 ___________________________________

Warm-up (45 seconds work:15 seconds rest) - 1 round - get the heart rate up !!

- Reverse walking lunges
- Running mountain climber

- Dumbell lateral raises for shoulders
- Spin bike ride

Abs (45 seconds work: 15 seconds rest) - 2 rounds:
