This is the quote that made me open my books today and study as hard as I could. I also made a list of books (classic literature) I want to find and read, because I want to keep stimulating myself to better myself and to read more books 📚 -
Also, it’s weekend! 🥳 I have a lot of stuff planned; fun and not so fun stuff, but being lazy and hanging around doing nothing is not one of them! Who’s with me? Tell me your plans for the weekend in the comments below 🍂✨

Harvesting is the process of gathering ripe crops from the field. Here we have a sophisticated combine harvester reaping the fields and collecting cut wheat. 🌾

Feeding the teddy is also good introduction to weaning - babies have a chance to see the cup, spoon, bowl, etc up close in a relaxed and fun environment. At home, I often give Baby an (empty) baby spoon to hold and chew on while I’m in the kitchen with him. It’s meant that when trying solids, he’s keen to try to feed himself as he’s used to holding a spoon. Hopefully it means one less “new” thing to deal with, when already having to be introduced to the new concepts of flavour, texture and smell.

Yesterday was the 5 year anniversary of my first job in TV. I've finally learnt that we should be shouting about our achievements and not hiding them. I wish I told more people about the cool stuff I did when I was working in TV but I didn't because I didn't want to be judged or 'found out' because I felt like I had blagged my way in. Which is exactly what I did, but aren't we all?
Receiving all the lovely messages of support for this podcast has made me realise that people are nice and we should be shouting loud and proud much more.
🕊Yellow and green are the colours of the 3rd and 4th Chakras( energy centres) in our body. 🕊They represent our solar plexus(green) and our heart(yellow). 🕊Chakra 3 empowers confidence and strength to set our intentions for our life. 🕊Chakra 4 inspires us to keep our hearts open to be able to give and receive more love! 🕊This beautiful tree was the perfect offering. 🕊It was shining on for me to remember that there is always more strength to choose and build and more love to offer and find. 🕊And yes, it does take deep courage to keep our hearts open sometimes. 🕊But I can’t imagine living any other way. 🕊Can you spend a few moments contemplating where you may need to cultivate courage to keep your heart open today?
Some great 121's and interesting ONLE Talks around running a 'Fearless Business'. I thoroughly recommend visiting in 2020 if you've not visited before as we're a very friendly and welcoming group. Other venues are available!

It has been an honour to be invited back to the dental practice where I did my training (2010-2011), to teach Dr Sunita in advanced facial aesthetics. I feel proud to be handing over certificate 0001, to a very talented injector 💉
Hallo zusammen 🙋🏻♀️
My life hasn’t stopped changing since 2010. I met and married my husband that year. We got pregnant that year. We moved two times that year. 2011 we had our first baby. My husband quit his job and started a new one. I quit my job and started being a SAHM. We moved again. 2012 was less chaotic. I got pregnant for the second time. 2013 we had our son. 2014 we moved again. I joined Crossfit. My husband joined the Army. 2015 my husband started Basic Training. I experienced single momhood. We moved to Hawaii. We got pregnant with our 3rd and last baby. 2016 we had our daughter. We bought a van. My youngest started school. We struggled living on an island and away from family. 2017 we flew home. My husband was gone on Pathways for 4 months. 2018 I decided to open an Etsy shop. We moved to the mainland. Enrolled two kids into school. Worked on my shop. Prepped for deployment.
2019. Hardest year to date. My husband was deployed to Afghanistan. My daughter got sick. Changed her diet and she got better. She also needed glasses. I was having health problems. My husband came home two months early for my surgery. I had a hysterectomy. My youngest has asthma-type breathing issues.
And the chaos and craziness is still coming. We are doing our best to go with the flow and ride it out. Like we’ve always done.
I’ve learned that everyone struggles. Everyone has hard times. Everyone’s situation is different. I have changed so much in 10 years. I am happy with who I am. I am proud of my kids and husband. I’m grateful for our challenges. I am strong from the hard times we’ve endured.
