I haven’t even documenting/taking many photos lately of my workouts just bc I’ve been so focused on the quality of my lifts vs just going through the motion🥴 {also haven’t been lifting as consistently just to give my muscles a break tehe} 
Fun fact: I rarely ever do squats 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • Vision Board! It always You vs You! I’ve learned in life don’t get to High with the Highs and don’t allow the LOWS to take you  to LOW. Stay in the middle and commit to the grind. The only way to get to ur GOALS is to continue on the journey, even when you get tired or discouraged recharge your BATTERIES AND GO! @rmtshoots 🎥 #JustTrain

  • BUNS FOR DAYS! 🍑 
I haven’t posted in a while about fitness mainly because I haven’t had the motivation to get good workouts in. The last week was so mentally draining that physically I couldn’t perform like I wanted. 
Yesterday I hit the gym for the first time in 4 days. I was mad at myself because working out means letting out frustrations and tension but for a few days I just couldn’t get myself to go. So with a full scoop of preworkout (which rarely I ever take a full scoop) and some hope to getting a workout in I went. It was a upper body routine bu I just let me body tell me what to do and how hard go push myself. I ended up actually bench pressing for the first time in months. I was shocked!
That leads me to today. Mondays and thursdays are usually my favorite workout days because it’s legs. I was going to go earlier in the day but found myself to mentally want to go but physically so out of routine my body wanted the couch. So for the second day in a row I took a full scoop of preworkout and headed to the gym. Man was it an amazing workout. I pushed myself and felt so strong. I was proud of myself and what I accomplished. .
