In dem einen Bild bin ich im 9. Monat schwanger und in dem anderen Bild seht ihr mich mit meinem kleinen Jungen, sechs Wochen nach der Geburt. 
Ich habe in diesen sechs Wochen und auch während meiner Schwangerschaft sehr viel Wert auf meine Ernährung gelegt, hab nach der Geburt meine eigene Challenge gestartet, die darin bestand nicht nur 80 % Ernährung sondern 100 % Ernährung. 
Durch die Geburt bedingt konnte ich nicht sofort mit dem Sport starten, aber wie ihr seht, wenn man sich an seinen Plan hält und damit meine ich den Ernährungsplan, ist es möglich, ein schönes Resultat für sich zu erzielen. Natürlich arbeite ich weiterhin an meinem Resultat mit dem Ziel wieder mehr Definition und natürlich Muskelmasse damit zu erlangen.
Wenn ich diese beiden Bilder anschaue, bin ich selbst richtig stolz auf mich und klopfe mir auf die Schulter 🤩💚💪🏼 Thank you @herbalife 💫

  • that's not meee....... 😉😉😉 I used to start a "diet" and stay really committed for about 2 weeks.... 2 weeks was my limit for years. This led to many weight loss journeys abandoned and a lot of feeling defeated. Didn't work.
Reminder: It takes time to see results. More than a week, maybe more than a month. Keep going! You will get there. The need for instant gratification is very popular these days. Losing 20 pounds in 1 month probably isn't realistic for most people.

  • One of the biggest perks of working @sonomabakingco is the opportunity to try all the amazing NPD that comes from our talented baking team. @alejandro.m.luna and our Pastry team today baked off some amazing puff pastry apple galletes with Granny Smith apples, cinnamon and vanilla bean creme patissiere. So simple but so delicious, this will be coming to Sonoma stores as the weather cools down.

  • The best way to predict the future is to create it. -
After what seems like an eternity I finally went back to the gym. After all of us getting sick and my work schedule being crazy this girl has finally made a return and man did it feel great!! -
I may have lost a lot of my strength but I’m not worried about. I know what it takes to get back to where I was and I’m so ready for this challenge. -
One thing is for certain though I’ve kept up with my nutrition and continue to have my herbalife shakes.

  • This is a quick accountability post to help keep me moving in the right direction. I have dropped 10 pounds over the last 2.5 months through healthier eating and light (1-2x week) exercise. ✨ 
After a sluggish end to 2018, I really wanted to kick this year off on the right foot, and prioritize my physical and mental wellness. While the numbers look good so far and I am proud of them, I have gotten lazy. The point wasn’t only to be thinner, the point was to be fit and strong. ✨ 
So while I would still like to lose ~5 pounds to get to my ideal weight, I am going to start focusing less on the numbers and more on getting myself to the gym 3x week. I would love to be able to work out through a - knock on wood- future pregnancy. If I am able to create those habits now, it has potential to be sustainable down the line. ✨ 
But in the meantime the numbers and the way my clothes fit continue to remind me of my success so far!! ✨ 
If anyone else is trying to get motivated and could use some accountability, link up with me and we can help keep each other on track 💪🏼👯‍♀️

Je suis inscrite a mon premier marathon. L’entraînement va bien!
Mais l’entraînement ce n’est pas tout! Alors pour le prochain 30 jours, je vais faire un focus nutrition. Je sais ce que mon corps a besoin mais je veux vraiment pousser la machine un peu plus loin... Journal alimentaire en main, je suis prête!

  • I remember feeling so self conscious at the beginning of my journey. Especially in a group setting wondering if people were watching. I dived  in any way showed up daily. Did as best as I could. Realizing my FitFam was going through the same struggles. We may have each been at a different season in our lives but nevertheless it never got easy even for those who were ahead of me they just challenged themselves and pushed harder too. This is why it’s so important not to compare. Everyone has the same goals going through the same struggles and dealing with things the best way they know how to. What I hope to do is inspire those who feel stuck or not sure where to begin. Your journey starts the moment you decide you want to change more than you want to remain the same and it has to be your driving force to push you on days you won’t feel motivated. Not every day will be 🌈 and those are the days when discipline kicks in to save the day 💪🏼 Today, I am proud of how far I’ve come. Mostly with my mindset. I no longer see this journey as a sprint, quick destination. No longer view my body with disappointment but rather pretty freaking proud. It’s my kinda perfect knowing that every day I’m working on becoming the best version of myself. Knowing that I’m not in this alone. That I’ve met incredible people along the way and have so many more I’ve yet to meet. Today, I’m grateful. Grateful for this journey, my FitFam each and everyone of you has played a role in inspiring and motivating me so don’t ever think I take any of you for granted, and that I GET to workout🙏🏼 It’s Tuesday, if you didn’t start yesterday seize the day! 💋
