Mikor már annyira rosszul vagy, hogy nincs életkedved, el vagy veszve, nem érdekel semmi. Vagy csak nem jött össze a legutóbbi projekted? Most léptél ki egy párkapcsolatból? Vagy éppen elutasítottak? Igen, amiket az előbb elolvastál nagyon sok emberrel megesik. Ezen rohadtul nem tudsz változtatni! Nem a Te hibád! Viszont az, hogy hogyan reagálsz rá igen! Mielőtt azt hinnéd, hogy az én fejem felett mindig süt a nap, hát nem éppen. Rengeteg dolgon keresztül mentem már, de attól, hogy beszélek róla, még volt ilyen. Az 0 életkedvvtől, a padlóig bejártam helyeket. És tudod mit tanultam? Hogy ez az élet velejárója. És a legtöbb ember nem akar felkelni, nem nem tud, hanem nem akar. Elvan a maga kis világában és szenvedésében. Könnyű őket felismerni, mert mindig ugyanazt a problémájukat mondogatják. Csak éppenséggel basznak változtatni rajta. Te ne legyél ilyen!!! Te aki most is szarul van, fogadd el aztán pattanj magasabra, mint ahol azelőtt volt. És kezdj el végre cselekedni légyszíves! Rengetegen mondják, hogy szeretnének baratnőt, de közben nem mernek megszólítani lányt. Könyörgöm így hogy akar valaki változtatni! Menj oda napi 5 lányhoz, előbb utóbb belejössz! Vagy aki fogyni akar, de lusta edzeni, inkább tévézik meg nassol. De ha még ezeket is csinálod, akkor legalább mondd azt, hogy neked ez így jó! Szóval Te akinek csak a szája jár, lépj a tettek mezejére! Ha sikeres akarsz lenni mindenképpén! Ha mégjobban növelni akarod az esélyeid kövess.

I don’t know about y’all, but I’m only one month into this new year and already feeling overwhelmed AF 😩

As I was journaling and setting my goals for this year, I put a pretty hefty load on myself—as I ALWAYS tend to do—because I’m a “do-er”.
.
.
In my mind, performance = success, therefore I am always filling up my to-do lists with daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. While this has helped me build the life that I desire for myself, it’s also caused me to burn out multiple times 🤦🏼‍♀️
.
.
A dear friend of mine @sandy_booty recently enlightened me with a perspective on this: when you’re obsessed with growing all the time, you miss out on the opportunity to LEARN from the PROCESS of growing. To take time to REST and REFLECT on how far you’ve actually come. To CONGRATULATE yourself for your wins and ACKNOWLEDGE who you’ve become along the way 💭

With this in mind, I am making a pledge to myself: 
1️⃣ To slow the F down—being busy doesn’t always mean being productive. To focus on “being” vs. “doing” ⏳
2️⃣ To allow myself space to rest and reflect. Time for self-care. Time for doing the things I love, or just doing nothing at all 🧘🏼‍♀️
3️⃣ To restructure my goals by level of importance, and assign time blocks to my priorities instead of jam packing items on my to-do list ⏱ (shout out @amandakolbye for the time-blocking advice 🙌🏻)

Goals are important to have, but they don’t necessarily have to be set in stone. Our ability to SHIFT and MOLD them while keeping the bigger picture in mind is what makes us successful in the end 👌🏻

  • Che cos’è che frena la nostra felicità?

O meglio, siamo davvero in grado di riconoscerlo oppure accettiamo (subiamo!), di fatto, la situazione in cui ci troviamo e ci adattiamo a vivere una vita da NON protagonisti?

Quali sono le “catene” che ci rendono prigionieri, ostaggi dei nostri stessi pensieri?

Il denaro? La solitudine? L’apatia? La paura?

Invece di lasciarle andare e permetterci di essere più sereni, ci aggrappiamo ad esse con tutte le nostre forze e blocchiamo il nostro cambiamento!

Proviamo a cambiare le regole... iniziamo da oggi a pensare che siamo noi gli unici responsabili delle nostre scelte e che, non solo siamo in grado di farle, ma abbiamo il “dovere” di farle mettendo l’amore per noi stessi al primo posto: non si vive per accontentare gli altri!

Rinunciamo al peso del giudizio, delle critiche, della rabbia, del rancore e riempiamoci le tasche di leggerezza, di stupore e meraviglia, di piccole attenzioni, di entusiasmo. 
Perdoniamo e perdoniamoci perché soltanto così riusciremo ad eliminare la “zavorra” che ci tiene ancorati ad una vita di dolore e di sofferenza.

Ed ora, segui queste regole… spiega le ali e spicca il tuo volo verso la felicità, lasciando andare:

#1. Il bisogno di avere sempre ragione
#2. Il bisogno di avere tutto sotto controllo
#3. Il bisogno di trovare un colpevole
#4. Le controproducenti chiacchiere mentali
#5. Le credenze limitanti
#6. Il continuo lamentarti
#7. Il gusto di criticare
#8. Il bisogno di impressionare gli altri
#9. La tua resistenza al cambiamento
#10. La necessitàdi “etichettare” tutto
#11. Le tue paure
#12. Le tue scuse
#13. Il passato
#14. L’attaccamento alle cose
#15. Le aspettative su di te e sugli altri

Ricorda che hai una sola vita da vivere: quella che stai vivendo in questo momento... VIVILA!!!

In the begging of January gyms are packed. Perhaps new year resolutions help people make the first step to set up fitness goals. But what about the end of the month / beginning of February? Well, students have more space during group fitness classes. And it’s not a big deal to find available cardio machine, right? The hardest part when we are moving toward the goal is to stay motivated, keep focus and go no matter what. We can loose motivation because of different reasons. For example, your fitness goals were not set up right or “the plan to act” is not suitable for you;
you’ve got first results and then stacked at the same level and no changes during weeks;
you’ve got some results but not so fast as you expected;
you can’t find YOUR workout that brings joy, satisfaction and pushes you to the next level...
Guys, don’t give up! Do you remember why decided to make changes in a life-style? Get necessary support even if you have read a lot about fitness, food, etc. I am sure fitness coaches, wellness or nutrition specialists are always ready to help. So am I. I spent the morning with my family and some friends at the zoo.  Then this afternoon I planned out the stories of transformation I’m going to use at my retreat this weekend. I also paid for the excursion  I’m taking them on.  My people and their dreams are truly going to fly!  I love my life!  I’m so grateful for all it contains!

For me love is red. Secondly, this is a form of my protests against most people who says YOU'RE A GIRL so I should shut my fckn mouth and do whatever they say. Those people who say I'm too much complaining, those people who try to shut me down and say don't questioning or argue about what I found right. Those people who think they're better than me, higher than me. Those people who do bullying and victim blaming but playing victims. All those people are hypocrite! They hate me because they know I can do better than them, they hate me because they secretly admire me and want to be me but they can't so then they feel insecure and attacking me with they insecurity as if they're superior but they know they're nothing. And they will keep thinking about me in their deepest thought.   • We find that thoughts are spiritual seeds, which, when planted in the subconscious mind, have a tendency to sprout and grow, but unfortunately the fruit is frequently not to our liking.

The various forms of inflammation, paralysis, nervousness and diseased conditions generally, are the manifestation of fear, worry, care, anxiety, jealousy, hatred and similar thought.

The life processes are carried on by two distinct methods; first, the taking up and making use of nutritive material necessary for constructing cells; second, breaking down and excreting the waste material.

All life is based upon these constructive and destructive activities, and as food, water and air are the only requisites necessary for the construction of cells, it would seem that the problem of prolonging life indefinitely would not be a very difficult one.

However strange it may seem, it is the second or destructive activity that is, with rare exception, the cause of all disease. The waste material accumulates and saturates the tissues, which causes autointoxication. This may be partial or general. In the first case the disturbance will be local; in the second place it will affect the whole system.

The problem, then, before us in the healing of disease is to increase the inflow and distribution of vital energy throughout the system, and this can only be done by eliminating thoughts of fear, worry, care, anxiety, jealousy, hatred, and every other destructive thought, which tend to tear down and destroy the nerves and glands which control the excretion and elimination of poisonous and waste matter. "Nourishing foods and strengthening tonics" cannot bestow life, because these are but secondary manifestations to life. The primary manifestation of life and how you may get in touch with it is explained in the Part which I have the privilege of enclosing herewith.
