What are your goals for 2019?
I would honestly recommend choosing 3 at most, starting one, carrying on with it for a 4 months, and then start the next on and so on....
That's just my opinion. Let me hear yours.
The best way to cope with the bad days where you lack motivation and energy is to relax a bit, but sometimes that can cause us to be highly unproductive and struggle even more. We sometimes have to force ourselves to get up, get things done, even if it seems virtually impossible to do.
