Unhealthiest vs Healthiest (-30kgs/-66lbs) 💪🏻 This by far has to be my most confronting image I’ve shared (after already starting my journey). I don’t think people understand how hard it is to post these photos to the world but with doing it I feel myself growing, accepting and motivating others 🌷 My next fat freezing session at @bodycontourstudio will be targeting my inner thighs, as you can see I still tend to hold fat within this area (as a lot of females do). Stay tuned for progress shots over the coming weeks. Let’s do this 🏋🏻♀️🔥 P.s I love seeing how far my gaming room has also come along 🤣 #weightloss#motivation#mentalhealth#lifestylechange#fatfreezing#gymmotivation#comparison#motivationalmonday

About last night 👏🏼... I know what you guys are thinking whaaaat? A dress? Where’s my fitness clothes😹 I had the pleasure of attending the @vocalstarworld annual gala that provides amazing resources for upcoming musicians, singers and performers and gives them an opportunity to work in-person with industry leaders and experience first-hand what it takes to break into this crazy entertainment industry. All the performances last night were amazing! Make sure to catch some of them on my insta stories! 😻👏🏼
Be helpful, kind, generous, loving thoughtful.
Reach out to help someone else. For no reason.
With loneliness at an all time high, with 50% of CEOs stating that they are lonely. Millennials are feeling it too.
What if this were a good start toward changing that?
It can be something super simple…
- Holding the door for someone
- Stopping/holding the elevator for someone
- Saying hello. How are you. Listening for the answer.
- Check in on a friend or relative. Just for the heck of it.
It can be something that is uplifting
- sending a card or handing one out at work
- cook dinner or have it all planned
Go ahead. Pass it On. Give someone else something to be grateful for.

A little sneak peek from the photoshoot yesterday for book #2 ! So thankful for my amazing photography/hair and make up team @jenniferskog and @lindsayskog!
Today is Olivia’s first day of 1st grade, and I’m sitting here wondering how the heck that happened so fast! Time is flying by, but I’m so thankful for every second. ❤️
I LOVE WORKING OUT AT HOME! 🤸🏻♀️
(That is me screaming at the top of my lungs through insta ok). I am currently sippin on the most delicious pretty pink pre work out dancing around the house to T Swift’s new album. 💕
I’m actually EXCITED to work out.
Is it the pre work out? The new album feels allowing me to dance ridiculously by myself in front of the bathroom mirror? The amazing workouts that I can do in my guest room?
I think it’s ALL OF IT!
I haven’t worked out consistently in YEARS (maybe ever?) and now I am 20+ days into this program and literally can’t wait to work out. Especially on my days off! It’s the highlight of my day.
Are you ready to live your best life? Let’s drink some pretty pink pre workout together, dance in our kitchens, and do amazing workouts ANYWHERE! Message me.💕✨
Since when did people become so afraid of challenging themselves? I have endless flaws as a human (ya boy is stubborn as hell, the worst procrastinator I know, I lose shit everyday, and have zero patience...list goes on lmao), but one thing I have never struggled with is the ability to and the love for challenging myself. I found the picture on the left from my senior year of college (tatt game was sorry as hell 😂). I was in the mid 260s at this point as I had just began my fitness journey. In the current picture on the right, I am less than 10lbs away from where I was on the left...
You can literally look like a completely different human being this time next year if you decide it is important enough. And guess what...no, you can’t make tiny changes and expect big results. You can’t try some fad 30 day cleanse diet, you can’t eat bullshit 4 times a week just because you crave it, You can’t half ass it and expect to transform yourself...nothing changes if YOU don’t. You HAVE to do shit that makes you uncomfortable...no one enjoys waking up early, no one enjoys having to weigh their food every meal, no one enjoys busting their ass for months before they see any progress...yet everyone enjoys results. What kind of sense does that make?
If you’re afraid to go to the gym because you don’t know what you’re doing...guess what, neither do 90% of the people in there. If you still haven’t bought a food scale and you are 2 months into a plan...guess what, you aren’t doing it right. If you keep waiting until next week and next month to get going...you will never start. Just do shit that makes you uncomfortable. The more you do it, the less uncomfortable it will become. Blessings 🙏🏾💯

Yah or Nah for these Pink Pancakes 🥞🤗??
Follow @losefatquickly_diet❤️ for more updates
1 large beet, roasted/peeled
1 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon melted butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1. Heat a nonstick griddle over medium-low heat. Melt butter on the surface or spray with cooking oil spray. 2. In a blender, puree beet with milk until smooth with no lumps. Add egg, butter, vanilla extra and maple syrup, and blend to combine. 3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and pulse a few times to combine, being careful not to over blend.4. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter into the hot griddle. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until small bubbles start to form on the top and the edges firm up. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the pancake is cooked through. 5. Serve immediately with mixed berries and maple syrup. . .
26/💯 this morning.
Found that tough today, but I think it was because I worked out later than usual. Before I worked out I’d walked 5000 steps and only on a slice of toast and coffee and NO water! .
Think I need to listen to my own advice 🤦🏻♀️
