مرة على مرة حبيت نشاركم معلومات عن مكونات منتجات العناية والمكياج. 
واليوم تكلمت على "البارابين" بلاك تلاحظي دايما يكتبو في بعض المنتجات انها خالية من البارابين او sans paraben .
راني لخصت وجمعت كل المعلومات اللي لازم تعرفيها عليه. 
بالنسبة للمواد الحافظة يعمل كحاجز باش ماتعيش البكتيريا والفطريات ودير مستعمراتفي المنتج ولي حنا يضهرلنا تعفن بالعين المجردة.

  • I have got a lot of questions in my dms recently, asking “how can I put on muscle in the gym?” and a lot of people seem to have the same problem that they say they eat as much as they can and train in the gym and still seem to not see noticeable gains

The solution is pretty simple you can either wear 2 T-shirt’s & 4 jumpers to give that illusion of that extra size 😂💪or you can simply start tracking your macros to see what you are actually consuming on a daily basis and if you see no progress then you can decide to increase your calories as you are most likely under eating, it is also good to remember that you are not going to grow overnight and this is a long process and you just have to stay consistent and do the small things right every day. And don’t forget to bring that fkn intensity into every session. This is really basic advice but it really is more simple than you think💪

  • TIPS TO HELP YOU CREATE A HEALTHY BODY AND MIND

Exercise regularly:
Exercise can release feel-good brain chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that can ease depression and anxiety

Eat a healthy diet:
Diets loaded with processed, high-calorie and low-nutrient foods have been linked with increased depression and anxiety. Avoid skipping meals, which can lead to fatigue and unhealthy snacking. Include fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains, fish and avocados, into your meals

Maintain a normal sleep schedule:
Not getting enough sleep has been linked with depression, anxiety and stress. If you’re having trouble falling and staying asleep, try one of the following:
- relaxing before bed,
- lowering your caffeine intake, or
- setting a stricter schedule for bedtime

Get support:
Mental health can be a difficult topic to discuss with peers, which often prevents people from seeking help. Don’t be afraid to reach out to friends and family for support
