Smiling for once...
...because yesterday was my birthday & I devoured coconut cake & ice cream prior to this shoot 🥥🍦
At the end of the day it’s your choice. Choose to be happy & thrive or choose to be miserable & let the day control you. Not every day will be perfect & life throws us adversity but we can choose to conquer it & become stronger
Get your self out of your comfort zone, smile & be grateful 🖤
Do you ever get choked up by a picture? A couple weeks ago, this picture was sent to me along with “Thanks for being someone he looks up to. 👍🏼” & my heart was instantly full, in fact, it was overflowing. I think we all recognize that the role models in our lives have had a great influence on us. Paul wrote to the Corinthians: “Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” (1 Cor. 11:1). That is the Bible’s definition of role modeling. For me as a believer, it is the natural result of a normal, growing walk with Jesus. I’m NOT perfect, nor will I ever claim to be, but abiding in Him and keeping my eyes on Him as much as I humanly can. What I’m saying is, we’re all role models whether we like it or not. There are people in our lives who are watching you and they are being influenced by what they see. But obviously as believers, we want to make certain that we are the kind of role model that can say, “Follow me because I’m following Christ.” Like it or not, we’re responsible for the people we influence. We are responsible to set the best example of Godly living we possibly can. We are not responsible for their behavior; they still have a free will to choose to follow our example or not. But if we do not give them the role model we should, we will be held accountable to God for our failure to be a good example. •
With all that being said, thank you @hillcitypgh for all you’ve done for me. I cannot wait to see what God has in store for me in Peru 🙏🏽
Hello Houston!! After getting here yesterday and doing some work, we passed out before the @thegr8khalid concert (which was great btw!) so we need all of the hot spots to check out / eat at! Until then, we’re going to go get a workout in at the @officialalphaletegym this morning! This is mainly what we came here for and we can’t wait to check it out, be inspired, get our swoll on!! 😂 Hope everyone has a great Friday!!!

⚠️LONG MESSAGE WARNING ⚠️ Back day has been well and truly smashed.
Feeling more motivated and more positive every day to progress further. 2 weeks in on my 12 week Strength Training. Already feeling and seeing changes. 💯
Very excited to see what the next 10 weeks bring and the progress throughout the training! 💪
Consistency is key! Water is Key! Food is Key! Mindset is Key! Lots of different jobs to factor in if you want to see results and changes. One of the toughest things to change I've found is the mind. Breaking those old habits and regimes is the hardest part! Then setting the new ones in is even more difficult.
But having those goals to focus on make it a tiny bit easier. ✔
If you want it badly enough.
⚫You'll make that 1 hour session after a hard day at work. ⚫You'll get up at 5am to go to the gym. ⚫You'll skip those drunk takeaway nights every Saturday. ⚫You WILL find the reason to keep yourself dedicated to your dreams and goals!
✨ Potato obsessed.
Potatoes are considered one of the most satisfying/comfort foods out there! Not only are they incredibly filling, but they are consider one of the only foods to contain all the nutrients you need. You’ll get nearly half your daily dose of vitamin C, more potassium than in a banana, and plenty of vitamin B6, fibre, magnesium, and antioxidants in just 1 potato. Potatoes can also improve blood sugar control, digestive health, nutrient absorption and satiety (fullness), help curb inflammation in the body, boost immunity, and improve blood circulation.
Moral of the story: eat more potatoes. 🥔
