Вот такой одуванчиковый #throwback получился, ну или не совсем получился🙈
На самом деле, повторить в деталях мою детскую фотографию оказалось задачей не из легких.
Видимо, навык позирования на одуванчиковом лугу с годами был безвозвратно утерян😂
Детское фото сделал мой дедушка фотоаппаратом ФЭД на пленку Свема, которую мы и обнаружили в семейных архивах несколько лет назад. Не помню момент этой съемки, но долгие  летние прогулки с бабушкой и дедушкой в Измайловском парке очень часто вспоминаю и бережно храню внутри💓

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite photo of myself as a kid and it’s the photo that got me through some of my darkest times as an adult. Every time shit seemed really bad, I would remember the joy that it felt like to be this cafe free kid. Life was NOT always easy for me as a kid... ADD, divorced parents (who did their best), and countless other hardships & sadnesses... but there were also the absolutely joyous times like this one. When I look at this photo, I see pure joy. No sadness, no worries, no doubts, no anxieties, or crippling self-deprecation... just pure joy.
.
And this is the work we all need to do in tough times, when we feel lost, or alone, or beaten down by life... we need to have a photo of ourselves at our most joyous moment, and remember what it’s like to feel pure happiness and joy .
So find a photo of you in your happiest moment, put it on your desk, and remember to give yourself a break when your inner critic is tearing your ass up for your career, the relationship worries, or the unknown future, and just smile. 
Feel the joy your younger self felt. 
Breathe it in.
And remember it’ll all be ok. 🙏🏼

She went through some stuff, as I’m sure little you did, too. And no matter how hard we try, that stuff doesn’t just disappear. As adults I think it’s our responsibility to check in with the “little me” in each one of us. At this point, you may have heard people taking about doing this re-parenting work. It’s powerful and deeply healing. We can give to ourselves many of the things others have struggled to do. Lean into this. 
So here’s your exercise. 
Find a photo of little you. 
Take a long look at little you. Just be with that little one. Hand on heart and hand on belly. 
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and then make a little sound as you let it out. 
Open your eyes. 
Some things you might ask little you:
Am I listening to you? And how could I listen better? 
How are you feeling? 
What experiences have you been having? 
What do you want me to know? 
Do you feel safe with me? 
Do you trust me? 
Some things you can say to little you: 
I want to listen to you. 
I want to be able to guide you. 
I want you to trust me. 
I want you to know you’re safe with me. 
It wasn’t your fault.

  • Because #throwback Thursday. The joy of getting on a horse for the first time...you can see it in my face. I do believe I asked for one for Christmas for every year following this, and always got the, ‘our backyard isn’t big enough’ response 🤣. And more importantly, do you like my ’cropped’ pants that weren’t supposed to be cropped? Lolol #thanksmom

for the most part, i remember good ole days when my biggest worry was who was i going to hold hands with at recess lol. i look at little me and think, oooo girl you have a lot more coming at you. life is going to be a beautiful messy ride. you’ll be loved, hated, told the truth and lied to, have your heart broken, and break hearts. cry your eyes out. laugh as much as you can. you decide your worth, nobody else. ✨ #MindfulMFT
