When was the last time that you were intentionally did nothing? Rest doesn’t have to look like doing our favorite activity or sleeping. When was the last time we gave ourselves permission to rest? Many of us are 0-100 on the go! We pride ourselves in productivity and achievement so much so that we give in to the slow burn of fatigue.
As much as I love connecting with you all, it’s refreshing to take a break sometimes 🙌🏽 Also my body likes to be in tune with the weather, so when the weather is m👀dy, so am I 😓🌧🤒 Will catch up on your beautiful posts soon 😍.
Anyways, this is me pretending there’s wind so my dress can flow since the wind only came in bouts when I wasn’t ready for it 😂💨 Also no, I certainly did NOT hike in a dress 💃🏽 That’s what backpacks are for 💁🏽♀️

Doubts kill more dreams than failure ever will. It’s h.a.r.d. being brave when you don’t know the outcome — but the moment a dream comes true because YOU pursued it, makes it all worth it. ⚡️ #EBC ⠀

Be like this rock (Balanced Rock) they say. Find your balance they say. Finding balance is the key to flourishing in life... I heavily disagree. Life isn't about balance - life is about figuring out priorities and making sure you prioritize the right things in life... the things that REALLY matter.

I should've noticed the name of this flower... Oops
The view from the 5200m/17,100 foot Gyatso La Pass yesterday. We will spend 4 days exploring the Chomolangma (Everest) Nature Reserve, including going up to the epic North Face and Rongphu Monastery. From there, we will continue westward to Mt Kailash.
Views from the Beehive Trail in Acadia National Park! 😍 It’s been an INSANE couple of days with weather here in Maine. Right after this picture was taken we were hit with a bomb cyclone/nor’easter that brought intense rain and wind. Our campground in Acadia was evacuated so we had to depart for 2 nights to another campground on the island. With gusts over 60 mph, the wind took out trees and power. The island (Mount Desert Island) lost power for 2 days, but all is back to normal now. We have returned to our old camping spot in Acadia...I’m thankful they decided to evacuate us because there’s a downed tree right next to us! Love the rangers that helped us through all of this...our National Park Service and Acadia National Park are the best! ❤️ @acadianps@nationalparkservice .
