I seriously struggle at times with listening to my body but these last few days have forced me to remember the importance of rest! I have taken some time to focus on me and letting my body heal and can not wait to get back to tackling my workouts once my energy is back! .
If you are feeling burnt out. Stressed. Angry. Exhausted.... listen to your body and refuel. It will allow you to come back stronger and happier than before ❤️
Troppo estremista come sempre?
Può essere. Ormai mi conoscete... #simonapistorelloart#raccontostorie#dipingoemozioni#scegliere#decisioni#aliceinwonderland#alicenelpaesedellemeraviglie#alice#digitalpainting#digitalart#volgopuglia#volgosalento#weareinpuglia#weareinitaly#lecce#littlestoryofmylife#livethelifeyoulove
“Had a very fun and educational photography walk with Layla in the bluebell woods. Learnt a lot about using my dslr camera as well as improving my iPhone skills and observation.”
I loved supporting Rachel with her photography skills.
I keep my groups to a maximum of six people to ensure I can offer individual teaching and support to each person. Everyone who has attended a workshop has commented on how much they have enjoyed it, how much they have learned and how it has improved their confidence with photography.

I used to hate sloper holds a lot, I’m starting to appreciate them more as I’ve gotten stronger. They’re still one of the holds I’m the weakest at, but I’m not avoiding routes that consist only of them now. Yay for progress! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You never know what adventure awaits until you let your hair down and just embrace the YES. I love it when my clients trust me and say yes to letting my creativity run wild
Here's to a week ahead full of adventure and yes-es.... because that's a word, right?
Remember the game Hot Potato?
Advocating for people to take charge of their health is like that.
The potato gets passed and there is this moment of it being yours, of owning it, and then in the blink of an eye, it must be passed on.
It is not an extension of ego, but simply a thing that, according to the rules of the game, must be held and passed on almost simultaneously.
The receiver could fumble it in their haste, or they may expertly handle it. It's not up to you. You just do your best to participate in the circle, in a game that, if well played, could go on infinitely.
Man, I loved that game.
We split our beehives in the spring when there’s an abundance of nectar and pollen to keep the bees healthy and happy. By splitting frames into new boxes, we can multiply the number of hives (and the amount of honey they produce). If we’ve done our job right and luck is on our side, the bees will literally make a new queen for the new hive. How amazing is that?
Daddy wasn’t home yesterday and it was SUCH a pretty day outside that I decided we would lay out on the grass and catch some sun rays to pass the time☀️🌳So blessed that I’m able to spend lazy afternoons with my baby and still make money right from my phone📱Which makes me SO excited for summer this year because I’ll ACTUALLY be able to enjoy it without wasting away the days in a cooped up office all day 🏢 Who else is excited for summer? 😄🌴 #floridasummer#livethelifeyoulove#momlife#youaremysunshine
This was one of those park-ups where we didn’t expect much but it really surprised us! A quiet area, nestled amongst the trees next to a lake and river which was literally bursting with wildlife.
Common marsh frogs entertained us all day and night- their noises were just incredible, a nightingale was showing us all the sounds it can make on the first night and of course tawny owls! We also saw a snake swimming in the lake, made a bird feeder to hang in the trees and took advantage of the sunshine by doing some work on Ludo.
One of our favourite park-ups in France so far 🇫🇷❤️
