We walked past this cute, young couple watching the New Years Water Parade at Tokyo Disney Sea and I jokingly told hubs aww would you lift me up to see the parade. He said no I have a bad back and a heart condition 😒🙄. •
That’s why this guy is my number 1 he always keep me laughing. No sugar coating goes on with us. Just blunt realness with a touch of sarcasm said all with love!
Week 3 is done, and I’m sailing into week 4️⃣ of #IQuitSugar
One full week of no fructose. No fruit (dried or fresh), no honey, no agave, no sweetener, no added sugar, nothing at all. WOAH.
I’ve been tempted, no doubt. However, I always come back to my why. I’m doing this because my body feels GOOD with less sugar in it, and feeling good is exactly what I want.
These cheesy biscuits were my favorite snack this week! Almond meal, coconut flour, cheese, eggs, butter, and a little bit of chili flakes. 🤤 I made enough for the week, and they were the perfect grab and go snack.
I busted out my favorite chia seed pudding too. Normally I would drench this in honey and top it with berries, but I used Sarah Wilson’s recommendation of vanilla powder instead, and it was a great alternative! Seriously, 10/10 recommend trying vanilla powder in your chia seed pudding.
Week 4 is another week of “cold turkey”. I’m told the demons set to set in now - yikes! But seriously, when you know your WHY, the how’s and what’s come easy. Let’s do this! 💯

Coaches tip: For the next 7 days, every-time you say something negative about yourself write it down. At the end of the week look at what you’ve written down, is any of it true. I guarantee that it’s not. I want you to self-correct with the truth and burn your negative self-talk notes to ashes.

I made my chips out of the @foodforlifebaking sprouted grain tortillas. I cooked them in coconut oil they turned out really nice and crispy and of course they're 100% flourless.
I made the homemade salsa yesterday 🌶 and that recipe I don't give out it's my own personal reciepe. I have a lot of people that have me make it for them I sell it during the summer months at one of our farmers markets ......

Are you a thinker? Do you like to roll ideas around in your head before you speak them? Or do you like to talk about what’s on your mind out loud to process ideas?
I really feel like I am a little bit of both. I love brainstorming new ideas in groups and getting everyone’s creative energy together. But I also love to sit in quiet and let my brain have space to think and create.
After an amazing business conference this weekend instead of diving right into the to do‘s, I’m spending some time revamping my business strategy for 2020. I always tell my team that your strategy is like your recipe for success.
You can go into the kitchen and make a delish pot of soup by just winging it and being creative. But the likelihood that you could recreate that exact same soup again is slim. But if you use a recipe you would have a much greater chance to repeat that yumminess.
