  • WREATH WATCH! // I couldn’t resist posting another wreath pic as this one by @hannahberryflowers is just so beautiful 😍. It’s actually one from her feed last year but it’s still one of my favourites so I wanted to share it again! Some people hang wreaths on their front doors all year round - spring ones, summer ones, autumn ones - I’m quite tempted actually, how about you?!

  • One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them, One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.
.
The Ring to end all Rings. Or at least until the next one.

  • A very iconic, Notting Hill, family picture from my time with Wynne, Ben, and a sleepy Teddy ✨ I’ve suddenly gotten a very random (and sweet!) flurry of travelers asking me to photograph them and it has been so much fun getting to show them around some of my favourite areas in London. Such a joy to be able to do this :”) ps. this session is now on the blog💛

  • The #Pantone colour of the year 2020 has been announced and it is Classic Blue!

Last year's colour, Living Coral, led the way with our #wedding bookings, and we can see this being just as influential. We have already seen an upward trend towards couples being drawn towards blue tones, and we ourselves added blue as an accent colour into our collaborative styled photo-shoot earlier this year!

Whilst #blue is not the first colour that comes to mind when thinking of flowers, that is not to say that there are no flowers that naturally occur in these gorgeous hues!

Our picture here shows a selection of naturally occurring blue flowers: Delphiniums, the centres of panda Anemones, Sweet Peas, Hydrangeas, Nigella, Tweedia, Muscari and Thistle.

There is also the option to have dyed flowers incorporated into your bouquets and arrangements, this opens up all flower varieties to be used in this #classicblue!
As per Pantone's Executive Director, Leatrice Eiseman; Classic blue is a representation of trust and faith, a solid and dependable blue hue we can always rely on.

Such a #stunning and #calming colour, reminiscent of the sky at dusk, it is the perfect shade to enter a new decade with. I'm sure can all appreciate a bit of serenity and the strong foundation this colour represents, for this new decade ahead.
