Current off season status.... so been eating 98%plant based for 10 days. The only deviation has been one cheat meal that I ate cheese. I love everything I am eating! I definitely got a drop leaner and I am hitting some record PRs in the gym! So I would say it's completely agreeing with me. Going to get another @dexafit_long_island scan again to make sure I am adding muscle. I decided this is how I will track the plant based protein change with implementing 8 week scans. I feel better, all my bloat is gone, and I like my food so much better. Maybe it's worth a try?! The world is moving in this direction. If you pay attention this movement toward plant based food is everywhere. This is only the beginning stages of people realizing what's really healthy for our health! Just promoting health, wellness and EVERYTHING I learn along the way! .

Like I used to try being the perfect chef ... sorry not sorry! I used want every detail done and was so hard on myself! I used to think I could do it all and sum! I struggled to balance life, home and work. And still do! I know why I did that. I was in fear of looking like a bad wife a bad mom and our old ways of being a perfect women and being judged. So when I put so much pressure on myself I failed at everything. At being a wife a mom and boss. Yup I’ll admit that. That first 6 months was crazy in business. But the minute I took a step back and organized my life, my schedule and hired help it all changed. We started to grow! Pushed myself harder with limits!
I took classes on business coaching
And really ORGANIZED the h🌟ll out of myself.

No one is perfect and we’re all trying to make it through the year. All you can do is continue to learn and ask questions! If you feel like your being judged those people aren’t for you!
