One of my favorite quotes that means so much to me. We really can be our own worst critic though even when we try to make a difference. I’ve been frustrated that it’s taken me so long to launch #WordsForYou , a project I’ve been working on in between orders that will assist in fundraising efforts for our family friend battling ALS, and give each of my customers an opportunity to raise funds for a charity they designate in the name of the person they wish to honor. #WordsForYou originated from an idea I had to allow people to express customizable quotes for each other in the frames I make in my Etsy shop. I’m really excited about this and will share more info soon. But I realized at 4 am while thinking about all I had to accomplish today that it’s become commonplace to put an insane amount of pressure on ourselves. I’m SO goal/deadline oriented that I lose sight of the fact that sometimes the goals I strive to accomplish in my spare time need to take a backseat to the deadlines I have with my orders that I’m determined to get out either early, or at best, on time. I’ve been so in my head with this campaign because it’s been so emotional, haven’t posted much because it’s not “perfect” yet, but I’m going to start sharing this little journey of mine with you. If you’ve read this to the end - thank you my friend - and I hope you stay with me to see what we can accomplish together with #WordsForYou .
Part 2 of the Free S$x After Kids Masterclass Drops Today at 12 PM PST. ⠀
Today we are talking about reconnecting with and reclaiming your sexual self. ⠀
There's no way around it. Your delivery was a major event which affected your physical and emotional body. Even if you had the most flawless natural birth with no tearing, episiotomy or complications you can't escape it. It has left it's mark. For many of us, the process was not so smooth and there were a few bumps and bruises along the way to say the least. ⠀
One of the first steps towards kickstarting your sex life after baby is reconnecting with and reclaiming you body and your sexual self. This means taking some time to process this enormous event and its impact on your body. ⠀
In this workshop we will cover...⠀
- why your relationship with your vjj says everything about what is going on with your sex life⠀
- how to talk to and work with your vagina instead of against her in this process (whether your babes are new or not so new)⠀
- starter tools for healing the body of physical trauma (tearing, scar tissues and more) ⠀
- and how to map your new landscape so you can reclaim your pleasure and better communicate your new needs with your partner. ⠀
Join me live in my Facebook Group - The Happyvtorium at 12 PM PST today. If you haven't registered already do at the #linkinbio so you can get all the handouts and details right to your inbox. ⠀
See you at lunch. ⠀

Does anyone talk anymore? I was at the gym yesterday morning, (yesss....it's been a while and I am going to be sore tomorrow!) and it was honestly shocking how many people had there headphones on! I mean, there were only 2 of us who didn't in a gym with maybe 60 people! Now, I am no stranger to plugging in and blasting my tunes, especially on a winter day and I'm stuck inside doing the dreaded 'gym cardio', then it's game on leave, me alone or I'll never get this done kinda thing! But the rest of time, part of the reason I like to go to the gym is the people, the social interaction.
If I wanted to workout on my own, I would stay home and get 'er done, no line ups, no sweaty people, no noise, no suffocating air...but I don't, I go because I want to say hi, to smile, to get a hi and a smile back, heck, maybe even TALK!
I know, what is that word right?! Well, just so you know, I did reach out to the only other woman in the gym without headphones on, her name is Wendy and she is super nice :) She seemed genuinely happy that someone actually said something! We laughed, shared some equipment, talked about our workouts being done how it's the best part of the day, said our goodbye's and left the gym. I don't know about Wendy, but it felt good to talk to someone, to have a connection, to actually communicate. Something I think we need to be aware of more, do more. Let's face it, if we never take the time to say hi, it can be a very lonely world out there, and chances are, that someone is actually super happy you did, I know I am :) That's one of the things I love about my career, it's all about connection...which I think is a huge part of why people gravitate towards it, it fulfills something that is becoming less and less in the world, genuine human connection. See how it feels to smile or say hi to a stranger, I be you'll get more out of it then you think! 💜🤗💜🤗💜🤗💜🤗 #conversation#community#girltribe#connection

Today was rough. First picture sums up my day. Trying to do the things and I just can’t catch a break. 🤦🏼♀️ The simplest tasks are are much more difficult when you can’t move around easily. Didn’t realize I sliced the bag when I opened the box and proceeded to pull it out of the box and dump dog food everywhere. Blah. 😫
Then a sweet friend gave me these gorgeous flowers (swipe left) on HER birthday! Literally Made. My. Day. Now I have something pretty to look at from my place on the couch where I am spending 90% of my time.
Don’t underestimate the impact a kind gesture can have on someone who is going through a tough time. ❤️❤️. And thank you to everyone who continues to send me texts and call to check on me. It means more than you know and I won’t forget it. 🥰😘
I’m now going to pay it forward to a few friends who I know who are also going through tough times. I challenge anyone reading this to do the same. Choose 1 person and do something nice for them tomorrow - a thoughtful text, send a letter, flowers, buy someone a coffee. Anything! Let’s spread more love and kind vibes. The world could use more of that. ✨💖
Here’s my rainbow baby on this National 🌈Rainbow🌈 baby day! To all those beautiful, incredibly strong women who have known the most indescribable loss. I see you.
So here’s to those times where you thought no one could ever understand. When you legit did everything to avoid seeing or being around babies and kids, no matter whose they were. Those times you straight up refused to go to family functions because you couldn’t stop crying or put into words the pain you were going through, so you just hid. When you couldn’t imagine life continuing or getting any better. The times you felt like everyone around was all of a sudden pregnant and making it look so easy.... I see you. I feel you. You aren’t alone.
If I could go back and give myself advise, I would tell myself to reach out. To talk about it with others who are dealing with that unbearable loss. To not seclude myself. To know that you aren’t alone even though it feels like it. And to give myself grace and know that it’s ok to feel however you might be feeling.

Have you ever experienced a time when no matter what you do, you can’t seem to please a particular person.
It could be a boss, an employee, a colleague or even a mother in law !! No matter how kind you try and be, nothing seems to actually help and the individual is hostile towards you.
Women need to show love towards each other, instead of anger, hate, and jealousy. 💕 More compassion and understanding of each other would make the world a better place.
So next time, think before you gossip, criticise or underestimate someone, as you truly don’t know their story or what they’ve experienced in their life. #dontjudge#bekindalways#bekindtoyourself#empoweringwomen#womenhelpingwomen#loveeachother

Sometimes you don't see it, but when you get to the end of the hard, it's so worth it! 🙌💯

Anybody else’s mind goes a lil sci-fi when you read that? 🔬 Imagine teeny tiny cells with ears lol just listening, as if waiting for a command. I mean, but really though, what are your thoughts on this?
I also think that the message expresses how our thoughts tend to direct our focus and thus our actions. But we receive sooo many thoughts on a daily basis. Thoughts about our appearance. Thoughts about what we see in our social media feeds. Thoughts about other people’s thoughts about us. The number of thoughts that we are susceptible to becoming influenced by is daunting. 🥵
And consider Manifestation - the idea that we produce real results or outcomes based on our thoughts. Every cell hears every thought (with their teeny ears) and when we choose to take action, our thoughts begin to materialize. 🔮🦠 Today, I’m reminding myself to move in love and in confidence allowing space for shit to just happen 💫
We all need to stop fighting each other and instead work on the real issue we face. Or else humans/animals/living things will become extinct in a blink of an eye. For those who do not believe in climate change, it's been proven by scientist for years and years and if what has been going on doesn't show you or prove to you that it is real then you may want to sit down and really think about it. We are facing the worst times of our lives right now with these fires and other catastrophes that have been going on in the world. The Amazon rainforest has been burning now for almost 3 weeks and that alone provides the earth with 20% of our oxygen we need to survive. It also holds a lot of our fresh water and also is home to so many animals/creatures/plants etc. Also their is a fire spreading in Australia which has been burning for awhile now as well. We need to start fixing these issues and stop worrying about pointless problems that aren't going to cause the extinction of all living life. So what are you going to do? Even by just completing small good acts can really make a difference. Let's spread this around the world to show the love we have for mother Earth 🌍❤🙏 #prayforalllivingthings#climatechangeisreal#savemotherearth#loveeachother#change
