  • Panna cotta met geroosterde vijgen ☀️🤩 Wij smullen nog steeds van de vijgen van onze eigen boom 😍

Gisteren maakte ik er dit zalige dessert mee klaar: panna cotta met de vijgen geroosterd in wat rode wijn en porto. 
Niks moeilijk aan, houd er alleen rekening mee dat de panna cotta een uur of 4 moet opstijven in de koelkast. 
Smullen maar!

  • Rotoli croccanti di mortadella e provola affumicata....che faccia caldo o freddo questo secondo piatto è sempre perfetto! 
Facile da fare . Io l'ho fritto ma è buono anche al forno con un filo d'olio per 15 minuti a 200°. 😋 - 8 fette di mortadella non tanto grandi
- 8 pezzi di provola affumicata - 1 uovo
- pangrattato q.b.
- sale q.b.
-olio di semi di arachidi per friggere 
Arrotolare su se stesse le fette di mortadella Inserendo il pezzo di provola affumicata. 
Passare prima nell'uovo sbattuto con un po' di sale e nel pangrattato ripetere l'operazione sigillando bene i bordi. 
Friggere in abbondante olio di semi di arachidi e servire caldi. 
Buon pranzo a chi passa di qui. 😘

Love the whole idea of the pop up restaurant. It's a new concept in Karachi. The interior of the place gave me good vibes. It was cozy and colourful with dim lighting. Since the place is small, there are limited seatings and they only take reservation for 6 and above people (I suggest go with a reservation because the place is extremely crowded). They have a self service food ordering counter and a separate self service food pick up counter. You get to watch your food get made in front of you. The food preparation time is really quick. The turn off about the place was the seats were a bit uncomfortable, especially the area upstairs. It was hot due to less air cons and the stools were very uncomfortable to sit on but I guess that is a part of the package in a pop up restaurant. 
Now let's talk about the food. We ordered the deal 2:
1 Taco salad
1 Burrito Bowl (chicken)
8 Tacos (4 chicken & 4 beef)
4 drinks 
We also ordered:
2 Mango trifles
1 Halloumi Fries
We ate all of this with some mango salsa and Mexican chili sauce at the side.

Rating for the food: 7.8/10

The tacos were really good both hard and soft shells, 1 small issue was that we felt sour cream alot which slightly overpowered the taste of the guacamole. The Halloumi fries and burrito bowl were average, it could have been better. The mango trifle was the perfect end to our dinner as it was light and not very sweet. .
