17% it was, 18 months ago. Months of hard work at the gym had gotten me here. But it isn't enough. Trying to get it down to 7-8%. Believe me, it's really hard. One needs a very very high level of commitment towards the diet. One or two cheat meals can spoil a week's hard work (I faltered this week and I'm sorry for myself & those who believe in me to do this the right way. Cannot repeat it). Say no to cheat meals. Have a better diet. One you like.
