ETC…. Your size and imperfections DONOT ❌define your Self-Worth!

Yesterday we talked about overwhelm and it struck a chord with many of our tribe both in the comments and in DMs. When you’re really overwhelmed it can seem like there’s no way out. That to just ‘power through’ and ‘suck it up’ and ignore your feelings is the brave, capable choice.
It isn’t. I’ve been there and just ended up spiraling down until overwhelm turns into anxiety.
Dialing up your self care to the max allows you to reset, refresh and come back with renewed energy.
Here’s a few different handy self care ideas. My fave self care activity is to get myself to the water, any water but the ocean especially and just breathe.
