So many of us crave to eat something in late night if you are awake, it's totally fine to eat if you feeling like eating anything. But watch what you are eating.

If you will eat anything in midnight, body will not get proper time to digest it,  so try to eat light and healthy no died or junk food.  Avoid sugary things.  Here are some options you can try-

2- Fresh fruits like Water Mellon, Berries, Graps, Orange, Papaya ,Apple.

3- Oatmeal .
4- Yogurt with fruits

.
6- Smoothie .

FOR SALTED CRAVINGS -

1- Roasted Salted Peanuts, Almonds or Makhana

2- Cucumber and Carrots with cheese deep. .
3- Home made masala oats (Small bowl) .
4-  Vegetables Sandwich one slice only

5-  Popcorn .
6- Boiled Eggs

7- Boiled sweet potatoes chat
.
8- Roasted Peanut chat
