but it was hard not to prepare a keto proteine desert, being a sugar addict even natural sugars are hard to quit, now it's more like a bad abit that I need sugar after eating cause when I have it I need salty food after crazy but I got this I can do it xox and will be doing week 3 day 5 💪🤸♀️of 5week shape and shred challenge

A year ago today I went for a breast biopsy. While I may have looked all calm and collected, the thoughts running through my mind told a different story. I was grateful for the support of family and friends, grateful for the outcome of it being benign. Grateful for the access I had to private healthcare. Grateful for friends that are nurses and their wealth of experience. And while I have to go for regular checks every 6 months, grateful that it isn't more serious.
October being breast cancer awareness month, this is my awareness post but also....don't wait for reminders, don't put important self care matters on the back burner. Do you first.
Whatever you did today is enough. Whatever you felt today is valid. Whatever you thought today isn't to be judged. Repeat the above each day.

you’ve probably known since you were a young girl that you had this incredible ability to manifest things into your life
i remember in sixth grade asking a small group of my friends, “have you ever noticed that everything in our lives we want comes true?”
and then watched them look at each other like, “wow, jessica is spoiled”
(i was definitely not spoiled 🤪)
i told them, “no! not like that! i mean when you really want something it comes true whether it happens 4 hours, 4 weeks, or 4 years later.... you know?”
and again, i saw the wheels spinning in their heads
i began studying the law of attraction long before the famous “the secret” came out, because i couldn’t help but notice what was happening around me
i always knew i could manifest and attract things in, but it wasn’t until i became much older that i finally honed in on why this was happening and leveraged these universal laws and tools to magically transform my life
