Not too sweet, with that dark color pigment benefiting the brain and protecting cells from damage, anti aging and potent cancer protection. Grow hair and get that glowy skin.

Deconstructed Taco Bowl bc I ran out of my favorite Siete Almond Flour Tortillas when I made these last time...but really....bread / tortillas / tacos etc. are just a holding device for the GOOD STUFF, so this was a win in my book!

Base = Instant Pot Jasmine and Sprouted Red Rice + Lettuce

Protein = Mahi Mahi baked with @primalpalate Seafood Seasoning and Avocado Oil at 450 for 12 min on parchment paper

Toppings = chopped pineapple, guacamole, Siete Cashew Queso and Salsa!

Move over Turkey leftovers, time for some new flavors this week 🙌🏻

  • City Chicken,  an old, old recipe given to me by my sister many years ago when we were both still very young and building our families.  Oh how I love this wonderful woman whom I have shared so much with through the years. We have shared so much and we are the best of friends. I can't imagine having anyone else as a sister. City chicken, not chicken at all, but chunks of seasoned pork tenderloin threaded onto wooden skewers, breaded and then browned before baking in the oven with a bit of stock until they are lush and tender and fabulously delicious! An old family favourite, for many reasons and through many seasons.

人生初のデコ弁に挑戦!

2週続けて作ってみました!
初デコ弁はオーストラリアらしく
炊き込みご飯でコアラ(^^)

2回目は親子弁当でニワトリとヒヨコ!
ニワトリの白オムライス
ヒヨコオムライス

白オムライスが破れて納得いかず。。。

めちゃくちゃ疲れた・・・

ハイクオリティなデコ&キャラ弁作るお母さんたち本当尊敬!

最初は作るもんか!って思ってたけど
作ってみると意外と楽しいと実感(^^;)

恐らくそろそろ、
ピンセットなどのデコ弁ツールを揃えだします。

嫌にならない程度にクオリティ上げていきます!

最近は朝食後、娘に弁当を見せると
すぐさま食べたいとアピール。

いや、あんた食べ過ぎ!
残り物の味見で我慢させてます。

来週はクリスマスパーティーなので
Xmasパーティー料理で(^^)
