This is how we ended the @animalflowofficial India tour - with a flow by the pool 🌊 
No better way to beat the Chennai heat 😅
We had an absolute blast learning from @rich_scrivener and sharing the Animal Flow love to so many participants from around the country 🇮🇳 Very happy to see people embracing movement and not only obsessing over how much weight they can lift or how much muscle they can build. A positive change in the fitness industry 💪🏻
We’ll be back very soon with the next tour of India, stay tuned 🤗

  • Happy #youredoingitwrongwednesday fitfam! Today I’m going to show you a common mistake I see in cable squats. Let’s see where this move goes wrong:
➡️WRONG: In the first video, it looks like the cable is pulling me forward after I sink down into my squat. ➡️RIGHT: In the second video I’ve got better core control so that I maintain good squat form the entire range of motion (meaning I’m not leaning forward in my squat). Keep your chest up tall, and abs in tight as you sink into your squat like you’re sitting back into a chair. •
Give this move a try today to build some leg strength and let me know how it goes!
