Not only Carbonara at Luciano - Cucina Italiana.
Tiramisù is the equivalent of Carbonara for desserts and Luciano Monosilio made it a multi-sensorial experience!
Sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste.
I felt like a young Amelie (😬).
It arrives covered by a glass bell.
Opening it, you start smelling all its flavors.
The Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers) on the bottom are still “dry”, and will be moistened by breaking, with the tip of the spoon, the dark chocolate capsule filled with liquid coffee, placed just above them.
So you can hear the “crack” and.. Your taste buds start partying!
Mascarpone cream is soft, fluffy and abundant.
The ladyfingers are just perfectly moistened, keeping their delicious taste, wonderfully combined with the cream.
