Being an entrepreneur is mentally, physically and spiritually EXHAUSTING. There are days where you don't feel motivated. You feel tired, are in a negative state of mind, and its happening CONSTANTLY and INCONSISTENTLY. You never know when it's going to hit you.
What separates the successful entrepreneur from the "WANTrepreneur" are the ACTIONS and MEASURES they are taking during this depleted state of negative affect. 💡

EXERCISE: Next time you experience this feeling, I want you to take a step back and observe the feeling. Do not judge it, or chastise it, simply observe what you are feeling. Looking at the problem from an outside perspective will give you great insight on WHY you are feeling this way, and will allow you to push through and GROW even when you feel like absolute crap. The most important part is establishing the pattern of taking a step back when you feel this way and being productive in spite of it. This makes it easier to perform each time it happens and even starts becoming meditative at a certain point. 🔑
