  • Family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Prep 🍱 Gym 🏋🏼‍♀️
How do us mums do it ? 
As we a know gym can sometimes feel like a part time job, on top of you full time job, your home and the kids 😅
Things that keep me on track! 
1. Always make sure you plan some time in your week for family time even if is just a trip to the park! Switch off and enjoy that valuable time. 
2. Alway be organised if the food is prepped there is no reason to go off track.
3. Have a plan only do what you need to do don’t waste valuable time.
4.Every time you pick at your child’s food imagine how many one off adds up to 🤪
5. Mind - alway remember where your path is going stay focused ! .
.
So tomorrow I go on 8 week prep, I have half term to battle through also! But I know where I want to be so I will eat my prep food while my kids eat mc Donald’s and I will complete every session ! 😜

Het slimme brouwsel dat uitzonderlijk effectief is, je voeten zal hydrateren en desinfecteren. Je kan het gebruiken op alle snijwonden, schaafwonden, kneuzingen, huidirritaties of brandwonden, overal op je huid. 
Ingrediënten - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
-1⁄2 Kopje kokosnoot olie
-1⁄2 Kopje olijf-, amandel, of druivenpitolie
-1⁄2 Kopje genezende kruidenmix met calendula, kamomille, smeerwortel, weegbree bladeren en lavendel
-2 theelepels toverhazelaar
-4 eetlepels bijenwas
-15 druppels essentiële tea tree olie 
Om het eenvoudig te maken
1. Doe al de kruiden in een glazen pot en dompel ze onder in welke olie je ook gebruikt.
2.Zetdezepotineenkookpotdiehalfgevuldismetwaterenverwarmgedurende
30 minuten op een laag vuur en roer er regelmatig in.
3.Zeefdeoliedoorhetmengseldooreenkoffiefilterofeenkaasdoektegieten.
4.Gietdeolieterugindepotenzethemterugindekookpotmethetwater.
5.Voegdebijenwastoeenblijfroerenoplaagvuur.
6. Zodra de bijenwas volledig gesmolten is, haal je de pot van het vuur.
7.Voegdetoverhazelaartoeenmixgoed.
8.LaatafkoelenenbewaarineenluchtdichtecontainernaarkeuzeBijvoorkeuropeen koude plek om je product langer te bewaren.

Voilà! Daar heb je ze, de natuurlijke antibiotische zalf die je helemaal hebt verdiend. 
Breng een theelepeltje aan op snijwonden, brandwonden, schaafwonden, bijensteken en zo meer, 2-3 keer per dag tot het helemaal genezen is.

У родителей не было времени постоянно сидеть с ним, так как они были заняты работой.  В 7 лет ребенок становился отроком — ему выдавали первые штаны и начинали приучать к посильной работе. В семье авторитет отца и матери был непререкаемым — если ребенку выдавали поручение, он должен был его выполнять полностью и строго следуя сказанному. В свободное время он мог гулять и развлекаться;
С 10 лет дети уже могли постепенно начинать работать в поле, с 12 пахать, а с 14 участвовать во всех взрослых работах. Девочки же в это время активно занимались пряжей, учили вышивать и шить, вымачивать холсты и делать другую домашнюю работу — доить скот, печь хлеб.
