The prana gets burnt down due to excessive usage of our body; too much food, sex, sleep (or lack thereof), too much watching, too much of anything burns down the prana. And when the prana is burnt, you can’t find yourself; it’s as though there is a crowd inside, and you feel you don’t exist there.
The purpose of all of these different meditations that you are doing is to help your prana become healthier, stronger and more tangible. When you do a little bit of meditation, you can find your prana flowing in one line. Otherwise it is all broken and you can’t find it at all.
Sometimes, time can also do this. At specific times, celestially (due to movements of planets), suddenly you feel a cloud of negative energy getting into you. You feel a sense of heaviness, dullness and the brain doesn’t seem to function. That heaviness, restriction, contraction and feelings of getting solidified and constrained are associated with such energy. Sometimes, one would feel like getting it out, but you don’t know how to do it!
A few minutes of chanting, pranayama and especially the Sudarshan Kriya can help you get it out. Sudarshan Kriya can quickly put you back on track. Ujjayi breathing, meditation and chanting also helps. And your connection to the Master helps; whomsoever you think of, that’s what your brain immediately catches on. You can think of a very negative person and immediately your whole psychology and brain cells start behaving like them. Hasn’t this happened to you?
This is why enlightened masters are called Pratah Smarami in Sanskrit, which means they have to be remembered in the morning as soon as you wake up, so that your whole day, your whole system is tuned to them. Good or wise people are called Pratah Smarami, worth remembering in the morning. When we start the healing process a lot of what has been buried in our subconscious becomes untangled and released; it is the process of letting go that removes the tension that limits our happiness and inclines our behavior toward certain directions. This alleviates our thought pattern and brings clarity to our reasoning ability.
These slight movements into deeper areas of wisdom, a natural part of getting to know yourself, helps our new motivator become a growing sense of compassion for ourselves and others - it is easier to understand others and the things that drive their actions when you understand your own inner world.
One of the first areas that we can see a significant change is in how we intentionally and consciously think, we start being more gentle with ourselves and others, a new loving positivity emerges from releasing the tension of ego and allowing the clarity of consciousness to come forward - the essence of healing ourselves.
This should not be confused for a total transformation, we can see signs of a new clarity emerging in our minds, but we must remember that the mind is vast, truly immense, and that the subconscious - where most of the old emotional history that impacts our daily behavior is contained, will still hold much that needs to be released. This creates a situation where our conscious thought pattern may have changed in the direction we are trying to move into, but our subconscious thoughts, the ones that spontaneously and unintentionally emerge, are still filled with the heaviness and harshness of old ways.
This is not to say that we should force ourselves to think a certain way or push down our subconscious thoughts, we should just be aware that this is a natural part of the healing process and that we should focus on cultivating the habits that are helping us transform and using the practices that are healing our mind-space.
Healing ourselves is not forcing ourselves to feel and think in certain ways, the real healing happens when we remain calm and aware with what is happening in the moment. Liberating ourselves from all tension, harshness and reactions is a long process. Sending love to all beings. 🙏🏽🌎 #yungpueblo
So much of who we think we are is the movement of old patterns in our mind, reactions that reinforce particular behaviors depending on the situations that arise. These mental movements happen rather quickly and strengthen our sense of identity - our habits, whether they support our happiness or not, come together to build our character.
Some may say, well this is who I am, but as our awareness grows we come to understand that 'who I am' is not stagnant or permanent, it is a dynamic accumulation that comes together to create a momentary phenomenon. The mind’s ability to change is one of our greatest powers. When we work toward changing ourselves there may be times where we struggle because a particular habit is so deeply entrenched in our identity.
Self-improvement does not happen overnight; it is a long-term process. If we continue working on ourselves diligently and have a good tool that helps us release the patterns that cause us misery, then we will ultimately succeed in changing ourselves for the better. The deepest part of letting go does not happen when we intellectualize, it happens when we have a tool, like a good meditation technique, that takes us into the subconscious to release the tension that is in there.

The mind is a powerful thing, and that can be both good and bad. It’s bad when we let it take over; when we allow the negative thoughts to ruminate and hold us back. But, if we dig deep enough into the core of our thoughts and behaviors, we can use our mind to push us forward.
We are capable of so much more than we believe. We quit too early, and we stop pushing ourselves just before we’ve reached the threshold of growth, and we let fear keep us stuck in the same spot. What we need to do is dig deeper within ourselves.
To dig deep means to make an effort with all of your resources. Digging deep refers to your ability to look inside yourself and see your potential, and using all you have to reach your goals, to live out your core values and to overcome obstacles. It refers to your resiliency, or your ability to bounce back after setbacks.
Digging deep requires a growth mindset, a willingness to get uncomfortable in order to change and improve. Goals, big or small, aren’t easy to reach. They take effort, determination, and persistence. Most of us have many goals that go unreached. Not because we aren’t capable, but because we don’t dig deep enough to realize our potential. We quit because we think we are unworthy or unable. We lack the motivation to continue because we believe failure means we can’t, rather than using it as a lesson to be better.
I got cut off!! I was saying whatever you have in your #mind you have the #strength in your #heart to do it. #Celebratethewin today comes from taking a shower and washing my hair before it got so greasy to be point I am forced to wash it -which is my usual. This actually felt great and I felt great doing my online coaching session as well and was able to actually take over some of the things I experienced #enlightenment to in my singing lesson into my #acting session so that was a great win. I also stuck to my #diet at least food wise. I Ate little bit of candy today but thats alright tomorrow more water. Plus it was dark chocolate and organic starburst so I felt alright anyways you just have to keep going for what you #believe in no matter what the #energy is around you is #doit be it #seeit you hold the #power and you are #worthit . I am freeing up so much and trying to remind myself of the things I am actually doing and what I am telling myself I am doing but not necessarily in control of especially if I feel down or off track. I am so grateful for all the #supporters in my life and am really going to push myself this years end to put up/revamp my casting websites and tackle module one for this new program I am working also #kickass on my restuarant test coming up no matter how hard I have to cram this week I am doing. Creative writing class all over again!😫🤭
My secret dream was to finally finish my humanitarian classes in school where we had to write essays almost every day!
I guess I haven’t earned my karma yet😂
But now it's different. I’m doing it because it helps to improve my work.
While practicing making videos for YouTube I realized my two biggest mistakes:
✔️I didn’t write a detailed scenario at the very beginning ⠀
✔️I underestimate the time it took to make a video in reality
Here are just some of the things I need to solve now: ⠀ ⠀ ☑️I’m always cutting out my constant filler words like ”A-a” & ”So” or ”um” in the current video ⠀
☑️I’m writing additional text for voice acting that I need to add to a video to overlay in the parts where I’m not speaking ⠀
☑️I’m delaying the video deadline for a week and it causes me to stop my other urgent projects ⠀
☑️Also fighting loss in motivation and becoming tired due to prolonged hours working on the same thing, this is the toughest.
But it is a good lesson for the future. Next time I’d better spend hours on a good scenario instead days on solving every little mistake and trying to make a perfect video.
I suppose the time I put in now will pay off in the future.
