Something that plays on my mind a lot and seems very appropriate at this chocolaty time of year. .
.
So maybe you overindulged, ate a few too many Easter eggs and you’re not feeling 100% about yourself. .
Well you’re not a alone and you’re definitely  not the first person to feel this way. 
We’re conditioned to feel guilty after holidays by the media and diet culture.It’s exactly how they sell their quick fix products and gym memberships.
.
So a little free advice for getting back to feeling like your normal self that doesn’t involve pills, drinks and excessive exercise !
.
1. You are still you ! and although in your head you may feel “bigger” or “puffier” , you are not! Our body’s looovee homeostasis and will do anything to keep it that way ! I So don’t stress your body is already working hard to get you back to normal.
.
2.  Don’t weigh yourself. The number on the scale does not define you and also changes everyday regardless. Water retention, muscle mass, bone density and what you are wearing all play a big part in your weight and fat in fact changes very little day to day.
So even if there are changes to the scale they’re much more likely to be water weight changes than anything long term.
.
3. Ask yourself, did you enjoy Easter? 🐣. If yes, then that’s exactly what’s important and not the food you ate or the workouts you missed! If you watched my health story video then you will know that I have a little life motto that keeps me grounded and enjoying life to the full.
.
4. Remember that being UNHEALTHY IS HEALTHY. You can’t be 100% healthy all of the time - that’s not healthy ! You will definitely be missing out on memories, experiences and all of the best bits in your life. So remember a little bit of unhealthy is necessary to be healthy ❤️
.
5. DO NOT RESTRICT. You do not need to go on a diet or reduce your food intake over the next few days. Your body has not changed and all that restriction does is lead to an unhealthy relationship with food and possible overeating in the future. .
So love yourself regardless, move on and enjoy the week ! 🙌🏼 🏃🏽‍♀️

Today is Word Wednesday and what I am focusing on is the word “ Effort”. To reach any goal or get anywhere we want to go, we have to be willing and dedicated to putting effort in to working towards that. Sometimes we really want certain things but we often feel like we don’t have enough time to make for them, we have other responsibilities or things that come up in our life that may steer us away, but when it comes down to it you may then feel unfulfilled or unhappy because you are straying away from your true passion. Even just making little moves or effort every day can accumulate to a huge difference over time! The last thing we want is to feel unhappy in this life. We deserve to fulfill our passion and feel as though we are working towards something meaningful and purposeful. Vill du lära dig djurkommunikation och stiga in i djurens värld? Tillsammans kan vi hjälpa varandra, djur och människor. Början till det är att vi vill lyssna till samt se vad djuren har att visa oss.

Den här kursen är för dig som vill få möjlighet till en djup kontakt till djurkommunikation.

Kursen innehåller olika övningar som hjälper dig att komma i kontakt med ditt sätt att kommunicera samt flera djurkommunikations övningar. Varje vecka skickar du in dina övningar och du får feedback samt vägledning. Sista veckan avslutas med ett enskilt samtal via FaceTime, messenger eller WhatsApp (eller vanligt rötsamtal).

Med undantag av några övningar samt att distanskursen innehåller flera djurkommunikationsövningar så utgår distanskursen till viss del från grundkursen i djurkommunikation.   • Soaking up all of the fresh air with my girl🐶! This is what I’ve read so far in 2019 and I’m excited to keep on turning pages. 
Always looking for recommendations! People ask how I get through books, well I don’t have a tv and when I’m waiting at places instead of scrolling I pull out my book. The concerning thing is how often people are like “well you don’t see that often- a young person with a book.” Let’s change that. 🙌🏽 stimulating the mind is just as important as movement. 🔥🌼

Being able to disconnect from social media for two days over the Easter break, highlighted to me how much of my time is spent using it. To be honest coming back in connection has been really hard, simply because I found so much peace and calmness whilst being offline.⁣
⁣
Since I created this page and it has grown to what it is today, it is at the forefront of my mind. All the “important” things you have to do to keep yourself “seen”; from the time you post, to making sure you post a story daily, making sure you stay connected to others... It can take over your life if you let it, and you start to compare your success to others and most of the time it leaves you feeling less than satisfied with your achievements.⁣

Whilst I am grateful for the incredible opportunities I have had from ‘Mettacore’, being forced to take time off made me reassess what I want out of it...⁣

✨ Being REAL... its not about perfection.⁣
✨ The brands I promote here will only be a few, who a mindfully conscience in their vision. ⁣

  • Isn't it fascinating how fast can a single person suddenly come into your life, twist it and disappear in a matter of a blink of an eye huh?🤔

Fun fact is we always tend to think of ourselves as victims of this type of situations, but in reality it might be you impacting someone else's life this intensely and fast just as much as viceversa
•
Thing is, sometimes it's inevitable to cut a person out of your life (or be cut out) when the both of you have realized, and for quite a while already, that your perceptions of reality are no longer aligned
•
It doesn't necessarily mean that it's one's fault, it's either that we feel it's toxic and we'd be better off without 'em, or we feel as if we are not good enough to be on their same level of mindfulness and awareness, so we just cut them out or maybe cut ourselves out of their life because we feel threatened and insicure
•
Whatever the situation and reasons behind it, it's totally legit and fine
•
It's gonna happen again and again, that's just life happening
Lots of mistakes are going to be made
Lots of memories are going to be made
Lots of lessons are going to be learned
And a dark feeling of emptiness might come to you in the meantime perhaps
•
BUT!
Everything really do happen for a reason
Every person you meet in your path is essential for you to grow
And every single circumstance you will ever find yourself involved in is a blessing
•
All of these experiences combined are going to shape you as a person, and most importantly the way you will react is going to dictate what type of person you are going to become every step of the way, and the beauty in that is that you have the power to choose how to react to everything that happens, is said or done to you, and you always will
•
You'll be okay, as you have already found youself to be over and over again💪🏽😉
