"For achieving this type of shot, there are a few tips I like to use. I always make sure to grab a wide angle lens so everything fit into the composition. Then I'll wait for the sun to get low, but not all the way down in the sky, so it casts a ray of vibrant golden light. Also, I love using any body of still, calm water to create reflections! I think they add so much to the composition and can be really fun to mess around with! Then finally, I always try to use a subject in my photos to add a sense of scale to the background" - @jguzmannn

Last week, @zhiyun_tech announced the Weebill S! Nicknamed “The Tiny Beast” the latest small gimbal is touted to hold a bigger camera setup such as a Sony a7III and 24-70mm f/2.8 G MASTER! I’m honestly super impressed! Last year’s model was fantastically small and portable enough already but the payload was limited to small zooms and prime lenses. This year’s model provides a peace of mind that it can handle a bigger lens setup if you need it to! The Weebill S is available for pre-order now starting at $439 USD! If you’re wondering if this model is worth upgrading to, check out the link in my bio! I have sample footages in 4K and go into details regarding if you should spend the money on this gimbal!
"I've tested the E-M5 Mark III in fall conditions on the East Coast, shot an engagement in rainy, stormy conditions in Glacier National Park, used it in wet and wintry conditions in the Mountains of Montana, and have even used it in the dry climate of Colorado. This camera has quickly become one of my favorites I've ever used." - Olympus Explorer @justindkauffman

"Some tricks I used to help create a three-dimensional feeling in this photo are related to tonal perspective and volume due to the direction of the light. Notice how the brightness increases in the photo as it moves from the foreground to the background. Also, side or back light reveals shape and texture better than front light." - @dariaboronina

Happy #FoggyForestFriday !
Tomorrow I'm planning to hike the whole length of the Wildwood trail in Forest Park, which is about 30 miles. Wish me luck! 😱
I got to spend a few days in one of my favorite places with my favorite guy. I got to paddle to the sun rising, we hiked everywhere, explored new culinary endeavors, and drove Old Highway 1 to Duluth to look at bridges and lighthouses. And I won at Monopoly. Twice. 😎🍂
