  • OPINION ON THE ASSULT BIKE 🚨👉🏻 If there is one thing @swat_drew and I agree on, it is that short bursts of cardio are best for fat loss. We did dumbbell rows superseted with the assault bike for the ultimate burn.

  • 3 Tips for Women who want to be strong and toned 💪🏽💁🏼‍♀️

1️⃣ Emphasize strength training or weight lifting, what ever you want to call it . Just don’t rely on those purple 3lb weights to help you build muscle in all the desired places 🙄. Instead .. Lift some heavy weights with good form with exercises like squats , deadlift , hip thrust , bench press and rows . Look to challenge your self by progressively increasing the weight 💪🏽

2️⃣Focus on nutrition ! If you want to get strong and build muscle you need to be eating the right amount of protein for your body . If you want to get toned , you have to eat the right amount of calories so you lose fat , which will make your muscle more visible 👀
.

3️⃣Eat in a calorie deficit ! This means increased activity + less consumption of food. In other words your body is burning more calories then consuming each day . This is when fat loss occurs 👏🏽
.

It’s time to lay down the Easter Bunny and get your sweat 💦 on.  Here is a fun little home workout you can do with minimal weights.  Try it out and let me know how many rounds you get in!  Hit it! ❤️ (And don’t mind my sleepy voice.. it was very early 😜). And I forgot to record the skip (or jump jacks) at the start. So refer to the list next page. 👉

When I get a different job.
When things are less busy.
When I go grocery shopping.
When I find a workout partner.
When I have the right equipment.
When I feel less awkward in the gym.
When I get the right workout program.
.
Tomorrow. 
Next week. 
Never.
.
Human beings are always “waiting for the perfect time”.
.
For many, it’s a great distraction and justification. It helps us avoid the real—and risky—work of doing.
.
For others, perfectionism and avoidance serve as strong armor against potential embarrassment, criticism, and failure.
.
“I could ___ but ___” keeps us safe from pain.
.
Unfortunately, it’s also what keeps us from growing, thriving, and being who we know we have the potential to be.
.
If you’re constantly saddled with “waiting for the perfect time”, these tips might help:
.
▪️Recognize that there is no perfect time and there never will be.
▪️Carve out time, even if it’s imperfect. Nobody will give that time to you. You’ll need to take it.
▪️Just start. Find the smallest possible thing you can do right now, in the next 5 minutes, and do it.
▪️Do something, anything. Action is a “vote” in favor of a different, healthier, fitter life.
▪️You only have to get through this moment. This moment of starting will be the hardest. Luckily, it doesn't last long.
.
It’s time to stop wishing, hoping, and dreaming. It’s time to TAKE ACTION.

Before acquiring higher levels of success or simply getting the things we want, we must first see them happen in our mind🧠

What do we want ? How do we want to look ? How do we want to feel , How much money do we want ? are all examples of parts of someone’s vision that should be clear. The clearer the vision the easier it is to create the plan for execution👊🏽

The challenge for most people is when other people don’t see what you see, we start to doubt our vision and most times don’t carry it out
.

I think  crystallizing your vision and understanding your purpose is the first step to being more successful and living a more fulfilled life

My vision has helped people transform their health and get in the best shape of their life . My vision has also helped people generate new income streams and future careers
