Siamo spesso dei fiumi in piena. A volte diamo per scontato tante piccole ma grandi cose.

These four awesome little people inspire me every day to push just a little harder and remind me to never give up.
I'm striving to be my strongest, happiest, & healthiest. I want to be the best version of me and the best mom I can be!
They will have times that they feel unstoppable and life is feeling fantastic. And there may be times where their mindset fails them and those thoughts try to push them backwards.
I want to show them that they always have the choice to take great care of themselves and that when they hit those rough paths to reach out and lean on their tribe and to not be afraid to put in the neccessary work to get back on that path that leads them to their goals.
Some people feel like being a single parent makes it harder... I don't necessarily agree. I get to be their role model and I think that's super cool!
I get to decide the parameters of what a happy, healthy, & functional adult looks like. That drives me forward!
I encourage you to look deeply at your why. Go beyond the superficial layers of just wanting to lose a little of the extra weight. I'm guilty, that's initially why I started... if your why runs deep enough you'll find sticking with the neccessary work you need to put into reaching your goals becomes a lot easier to do every day.
My why isn't just about the physical results anymore, it truly is about being the best version of me I can be. I'm choosing to get there one day, one workout, one healthier food choice, one positive affirmation, and one program at a time.
What would your why be? Why would you want to crush your fitness goals and be the best version you?

What do you promise yourself? Have you thought about or worked on your goals lately? Sundays are perfect to reflect on the promises you've made to yourself. Never give up, take small steps, make a plan. I believe in you mama! 💜
Continuing to eat my way through the weekend 💁🏻♀️ Breakfast time with my momma! Had a yummy tofu scramble with fresh fruit (and a cinnamon roll). Feeling extra grateful this morning - for finally feeling more like myself after this whole surgery thing, for the presence of the amazing and caring people that are part of my life, for being able to enjoy so many luxuries I know not everyone is as fortunate to experience, and of course for delicious and wholesome food.
You guys .... I just sent this pic to some friends basically with jumping claps !!!! 🤗🤗🤗 it’s WORKING !!!
Where are my women who love a nice lean, sculpted arm 🙋🏻♀️??! Maybe I’m weird but it’s ALWAYS on my goals list when I start a program to lean out my arms and show definition!! But something that’s ALWAYS been a huge struggle for me (even thought I’ve been working out for years ) 😑 . But LOOK!! This is only 6 weeks apart !!! I’m so excited !!!

- working out at home for 20-45 min a day (my online trainer created 100 different workouts to always keep my body guessing - they are wicked )🔥🔥
- Follow my Freedom Eating meal plan (because diets suck balls and I love food)
- check in with my online Bootcamp for accountability to motivation!! 🥳🥳🥳

Het is van groot belang om goed voor jezelf te zorgen als je (net) moeder bent. Tijd voor jezelf is namelijk een unicum geworden. Bij de komst van zo’n eerste is een inschattingsfoutje qua tijdsinvesteringen snel gemaakt. En net als je thuis een beetje de structuur te pakken hebt en je je realiseert dat je alles aardig onder de knie begint te krijgen, is je verlof ten einde en begint de hele balansriedel weer opnieuw. De dode haarpunten en ongelakte nagels herinneren je eraan dat de balans ver te zoeken is en voorlopig ook blijft. Douchen en stapels was zijn jouw nieuwe uitdaging geworden. Om nog maar te zwijgen over slaapgebrek, het gebrek aan scherpte op het werk en investeren in je relatie. Maak jij genoeg tijd vrij voor jezelf? Afgelopen vrijdag ging die van ons voor het eerst uit logeren. Super goed gegaan en voor herhaling vatbaar. Wij waren hier overigens rijkelijk laat mee (10 maanden). We are so excited to announce a new date for Mums Walk on Wirral & this time our fabulous volunteers Adele Louise and Victoria Huxley will be hosting this walk in the beautiful surroundings of Royden Park

Venue. ROYDEN PARK (car park)
Time. 10.00 AM
Our walks are FREE and designed for new mums or mums-to-be, to come together to walk, talk whilst getting the chance to speak to other adults yey!!!! Oh and don’t forget the cake 🍰

We went to the Museum of Human Rights in Manitoba! I highly recommend this museum- it's so interactive! What other museums encourage you to physically move bookcases, answer phones, walk into jail cells, and pick up trash can lids?
I look absolutely nothing like my mother - I don’t even look like my father... well maybe a little...the joke is that had I not been born at home they would have thought there’d been a mixup in the nursery. (My grandmother and I could’ve been twins though- go figure)🌝
Side note- cool story imo - I was made recently aware of: #princetonuniversity publishing a paper about our family on my mothers side. Context was of how our family were pioneers and founders of America, mainly on the West Coast.
