Sometimes I feel like a waiter in a restaurant serving shit sandwiches... I'm not whinging about it I'm just stating a fact... well let me clarify one thing, if it's warranted it's a shit sandwich served on a nice plate with silver cutlery and a napkin.
Sometimes it's just easier to go up and dump a bucket full on someone and leave them to clean themselves up ... it's all relative... but if I have to be honest and tell people how it is I prefer to make it as palatable as possible for them.
Personally I'm not fussed how it's served to me because I don't hold grudges and I can take constructive criticism so a shit sanga or a bucket full, just lay it on me and let's get on with it but not everyone is like me.
Occasionally i like to go in with the bucket but I like to think of the bigger picture... you have to realise if you leave a pile of shit lying around I may step in it later on.
When I have to give people bad news I like to build them up with warm fuzzies so they're feeling good, then it's easier for them to be confronted with truth and honesty and finally reinforce to them that they're a good person and it's not the end of the world.
One of the greatest feelings is when your able tell someone something that they don't want to hear and they thank you for it after you've done it.
But remember not everyone can be told and no matter how you do it they'll still be offended... if you know someone like that don't waste too much time and just go in with the bucket and get it over with but if they're a good person its worth the effort.
And remember if you get served one, savour it and learn from it and most importantly remember to wipe your mouth when you've finished.
Make love not war I say... oh and if you’re happy to serve them you also have to be willing to eat one occasionally... no matter how much we may think it.. were not always right and we must be willing to be told.
Have a great Monday you beautiful thing. ❤️ Twinkles
