Extraño mucho a mis abuelitos, para mí ellos eran Navidad. Se esmeraban escondiendo los regalos aunque siempre los encontraba.
Llega la noche y quisiera saber que existe una casa en el cielo en la que puedo aún visitarlos y oler las galletas de chocolate de mi abuelita recién hornadas y prometo que esta vez no me escondería a la hora de poner la mesa.
Pero me queda el consuelo que mientras los tuve cerca les dije muchas veces: I love you! Y que la última vez que vi a mi abuelita le canté muy cerquita y aunque ella no hablaba español cerró los ojos y llevada por la melodía sonreía.
Esta Navidad tómate todas las fotos que desees con tu familia pero no las publiques hasta el 26, saborea cada instante. Míralos a los ojos, abrazalos mucho. Nunca sabemos si en la próxima estaremos todos en la mesa.

Never underestimate the power of aspiration! Two instances at today’s @lighthouseindia mentoring session allowed me to re-learn this. I playfully mentioned that my mentee could get free airplane tickets from her friend who aspires to be an air hostess - and her response - “why, I’ll design the plane she flies in and we’ll both fly free on our own accord”. 😱 Another instance today where we were discussing how strong she is that she could be an industrialist’s bodyguard, to which she confidently responds “Why would I be theirs, I’ll need my own bodyguard”. 🤔 But what causes this? You will probably be inclined to say - weak muscles... But did you know that your posture is the result of the way your brain is projecting onto your muscles?

When we have a postural imbalance, the glutes can be deactivated - they stop working along with the core and we begin to lose our ability to stand upright efficiently. This happens both statically and dynamically. . .
A neutral spine means efficient power output, efficient movement, more mobility, better posture, less prone to pain/injury⠀💯💯 .

👉🏻As you can see in the picture, the glutes act to counteract anterior pelvic tilt (and the associated low back hyperextension). The glute max extends and externally rotates the hip. It also helps level the pelvis and control every joint below them, including the ankle/foot. They are essential for hip, pelvis and low back stability and balance each time our foot hits the ground. .
